Great customer service
My original order came in with offset sizes. Minutes after I submitted my return/ exchange I received an email stating the replacement was to be delivered the next day. I was actually heat-treating my new inserts while I was packaging my return shipment. It's too soon to tell how comfortable/supportive these are, but I could tell that the quality was high enough to go through the return process (which was made very easy for me). I'll make another review after the 2 week break in period. I am excited about these.

Superb concept, but they don't hold their shape for long.
The process went great and I thought I had found the end-all solution to my foot pain. However, after a few weeks they lost their support and I had to go back to the rigid Prostep Pinnacle inserts, which continue to be the most helpful for me.

Absolutely a miracle
I have tried everything. I mean everything. From Dr Scholls, store brands, $400 chiropractic inserts, heel cups, gel socks. Nothing ever worked or stood the test of time. I kept changing shoes so often just for a little relief. Then I tried the ArchMolds. Unbelievable! I work at a bank and am on my feet 8 hours a day. I buy cushioned Nunn Bush shoes and was dying of pain with every insert I tried. Archmolds literally saved my career. 6 months and they are as formed as the first day. Trust me your shoes will wear out before these things. They are hard yet pliable for support but not like standing on a rock. Heat them in the oven at 225F for two minutes and then put in shoe. Wear with knees bent for two minutes. They literally mold to your feet. The cushioning and support is exactly what YOUR feet need. I learned the hard way no insert is one size fits all. I WOULD however recommend getting as many as you need for each pair of shoes. When they heat up they mold to your feet but also the individual shoe. So if you then take out and try in another shoe it will not be the same. Trust me they feel so good you won't mind buying the second. If you buy new shoes, buy a new pair of these. They don't transfer well. I would not recommend this Max cushion for running or fast moving activity. I used them bowling and it didn't bend enough for comfort. For loafers and work shoes an absolute must though. They are the last and only brand I will ever buy again.

I guess I just couldn't adjust
I have been wearing custom orthotics for a long time. I stand/walk on a concrete slab all day and have both plantar fasciitis and tendonitis in my Achilles because of it. The orthotics are about $300 and do a good enough job but they aren't very comfortable. I bought these because the reviews were good and I thought they'd work for me. It says to heat and fit one at a time, which I did but they were uncomfortable. I tried heating both so I stood more equally on my feet. That worked better. The inserts gave good support to my arches and I was satisfied with them for several months. At that point they seemed hard and my plantar fasciitis and tendonitis both came back. I tried reheating and fitting again but they still bothered me. I feel that I got my money's worth out of them but with the amount of time I spend running around on that floor I need to be more comfortable.

This insole was s a great product! I have Planter Faciiatis and it gave me good support. I ordered a size 10 to 10.5 and was true to size which puts the arch support in the correct location unlike my DR. Scholls which require trimming and never "seemed quite right when fitted". After heating, ( you can reheat up to five times.) and inserting and standing on them for one minute they fit & felt perfect. I've gone through many different brands of insoles over the years including New Balance ( What a ripoff for $ 50.) They didn't last well and weren't anti microbial. This product is.I don't write reviews often, so when I come upon a good product for a good price and you have constant foot pain it's worth the review.It doesn't say if it's U.S. made, but for the comfort level it offers, who cares.

Can not go wrong.
I have purchased 5 or 6 pairs over the years. They are amazing! I am a ER Nurse and I am on my feet for 13-15 hours a day. The last two pair I purchased from this company. I will ONLY purchase from them in the future. I made a mistake an ordered the wrong size. I knew my size, just clicked on the wrong ones. They immediately set me the correct size with a return label. I could not purchase these in the town I live in due to lack of sales. I asked why the decrease and was told "people do not want to take the time to heat them to have a molded insert." It takes no more than 10 minutes start to finish and well worth the time!

Love these!
I have VERY high arches and fairly large feet for a female (size 12). After a lifetime of never being able to find shoes or insoles that cushion and support properly I was so happy to find these last year. I have these insoles for both my running shoes and my work shoes. Since I run long distance and work long hours in a hospital, they take quite a beating and have held up strong in both shoes! I recommend these to anyone who complains about foot pain since they are custom molded but cost significantly less than getting something similar from a doctor. The one mistake I made with the second set of insoles is that I did not mold them in the shoes I wear them in so it's not an exact perfect fit, but that's no fault of the product!

Archmolds Maximum Cushion Insole
I cannot give this insole an accurate rating as I have Plantar Fasciitis in one foot. Purchased this insole to see if it would help in comfort and aleveating the pain associated with this condition. It did not help my situation, resulting in my not giving it a rating. Other situations will likely be different by other consumers. The conditions under which this product is used may very well effect results, as I have since bought a pair of Propet Boots with their own inserts which are very comfortable and vertually eliminate the pain resulting from my condition. So, is it the insole or the brand of shoes one wears? These insoles were not tried/worn with Propet shoes.

Buen producto pero no se amoldo a mis pies. Es de forma muy estrecha. Se ve de buena calidad pero es para pies muy delgados.
