Great price, good product

Nice outside file pocket. Thoughtful inside organizers with zippered pocket and open organizers for cell phone, business cards and a few pens. Vere (very) good value for price paid. Well made, great price, looks very good. As advertised, this is naked leather, so it is not finished like a smooth, shined pair of shoes. It is more natural finished (not suede finish). It is soft (good), but floppy (bad), which means that it will not stand up well on its own without folding over. The solution is to keep a legal pad inside with a hard cardboard backing, which is a bit irritating. The outside zipper goes around the top and down one side, so it is easy to load. There is a wrist handle that clips on to a D-ring that is handy for carrying and travel.

Pretty Decent Doc Protector.

I like this envelope as a smallish way to organize and keep business docs safe. I would be nice if it had a small handle and I'm not sure how well it will wear.

It's Not Bad, But...

Not bad. Decent craftsmanship for a factory made product made in Columbia. We'll see how long it lasts. No way is it worth the $65.00 they're asking. It's a few sheets of unmatched leather, a liner, and a plastic zipper for Pete's sake. The American consumer needs to stop paying a premium for leather. Meat eating nations are lousy with the stuff. LEATHER IS NOT A RARE COMMODITY!

Elegant and useful portfolio

I purchased this portfolio for my son who just graduated college and starts interviewing for graduate school soon. I wanted a light portfolio to hold resumes and writing samples and also his Kindle Fire, for those times he has to spend in waiting rooms. The Chocolate color is a nice warm brown, the lining is a light color (which makes it easy to see items inside), and the portfolio is well-made. My son was pleased with the gift.

Beautiful inside, very nice outside

The inside has very handy pockets for pens, small items and business cards. The zipper is high quality. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is the imperfections in the leather that were larger than I would have preferred.
