Have used this for close to 40 years
I love this Paul Mitchell product. I have used it for decades. I used it when my hair was short and also when it was longer and I was rolling it when I washed it. It adds body to your hair and yet does not make it feel heavy and sticky. I have not even tried other products since this works so well for me.

Not sticky. Tame and shape
I have used this product for years. I use a nickel size of the lotion for my chin length hair. It is just enough for blow drying to shape and style and doesn't feel sticky or stiff. I highly recommend!

I was taken by the seller.
I buy locally and have always been satisfied. This order was opened, leaking in a knotted plastic baggy, and almost as thin as water. I figured the seller diluted the product. So not happy!

Not the usual consistency
I’ve bought this previously and never had any problems. My hairdresser advised me to use this. My hairdresser came to cut and style my hair today and I gave her the product to use on me. She said it didn’t feel like it should. It should be thicker and felt as if it had been watered down. Also it didn’t smell like it should. Has anyone else had any problems with this product. Looks like I might have to buy it elsewhere.

Watered down product
I use this product everyday and normally purchase from my hairdresser but couldn't get to her before I run out so decided to order online , this product is not like what I normally use it is like a scented water that froths when squeezed out of the bottle it should be slightly gloopy , definitely would not order from here the product is not right I've thrown away and ordered elsewhere , expensive mistake!!!!!

It’s was watery ,I have bought this from hair dressers in the past and has always been excellent .this is either not real product or it has bend watered down

This product is not the genuine article
The item sent was not the genuine article. It is a different consistency and smell to the genuine article. I have been using this product purchased from my hairdresser for several years and the one I have received from Amazon is diluted to the consistency of water.
