Dog loves it!
I purchased this crate for our red heeler, who needed a secure place to sleep and be when we had to leave her alone. She is excited to go to bed every night. There is plenty of room to stretch out or curl up. The pad is machine washable and dryable. We use the end door, so we used hogg rings to lock the side door and lock the crate in the upright position. The cover blocks out light and is also washable. It's a lot better than the plastic box crates we've had in the past!

Nice for price
My dog is in love with the cage. It took her an hr to get adjusted to it. But it keeps her warm and comfy throughout the night.

Study and roomy
I use this to crate my English bulldog puppy and its probably too big for her right now but she likes it. Plenty of space for her bed and toys when we put her in there. The cover goes over the entire thing too.

Great crate, but cover was Shredded first use.
I do love the crate and dog bed that comes with it! The dog bed is easily washable and has held its shape. The cover did fit well, but it is cheaply made. My puppy pulled it into his crate and Shredded it during the first use. Now I am on watch for a foreign body. I am not sure how he got the cover in his crate, since he is only 5lbs at 12 weeks and it was fully velcroed. Apparently the velcro wasn't strong and it doesn't attach anywhere else. The cover has now been destroyed and trashed. Everything else is great. Please upgrade the crate cover, update the way it is fastened, or create a way for it to be secured to the kennel. Do this without the cover being a risk of being brought in the kennel by a new puppy and causing potential major health issues.

Great crate!
First we bought a playpen for our puppy, but he destroyed it by successfully attempting to break out. So now we are using the crate to help our puppy with his potty training, and so far so good! It was totally easy to assemble, the mattress is very smooth and looks totally comfortable! Looks sturdy enough for our puppy! I highly recommend this product!

Good basic crate
It's standing up well to my 5 XL dogs using it casualty when I'm home, but I wouldn't trust the latches to not jiggle open if I left them alone. I loved that it came with a cover and mat. They are of better quality than I was expecting. The metal is visually thinner than an icrate, and feels less sturdy as the icrate. But if your dog just wanted a safe place to rest, it's a good investment. If it's to keep a Houdini from escaping, you'd need to fortify all the sides with zipties.

Perfect for my bichon
Perfect size for my little bichon, love that it came with a bed and cover so I didnt have to buy more pieces to make this what I wanted. I have a senior dog and this crate makes him feel safe and the bed is easy to wash if he has an accident. Took 2 minutes to finish assembling, would probably be super easy to use in the car for when we go for his grooming or vet visits

Nice, heavy cage
Pleasantly surprised with the quality of this crate. I'd bought an XL similar set for my adult German Shepherd a few years back, which is not nearly as strong. This is for her sister, and seems better quality everywhere including the bed. It arrived 2 weeks before puppy, so I expect everyone's going to try it out first. (3 Shepherd household) It has the extra tab lock on the l0ocks to keep them from backing out. The bed's nice, and the cover's lovely with lots of velcro closures, I'll take pictures when I set it up.

Defective after 4 months of use and only used it a few times
I am very disappointed in this dog crate for the money we paid for it. I can not reach anyone to talk with concerning the issues we are having with it. The bottom tray does not stay locked in place, so it moves forward and out of the crate when the dog moves. The locks do not stay closed as they are not strong enough. The bedding that comes with it is shedding all over the place. We have used the crate 7 times at the most since purchasing it. We purchased it for the convenience of travelling with it. Amazon used to be very good at looking after things like this but I guess that was the past.

Excellent price and quality
This package deal of crate, cover and crate mat is an outstanding deal!! I saved over $200 buying two of these packages. Had I bought the cover, mat and crate separately, I would have paid so much more. I would also have had to settle for a worse quality bed and crate with only one door, just to keep the cost down. For reference, I bought 42” crates for my 8 month old male Siberians. They sleep in crates in my bedroom at night and are free in the house and yard otherwise. I would also like to say that my packages arrived in half the expected time!!! I absolutely recommend buying from this seller. You won’t be disappointed!
