Not up to other Nerf dog toy standards.
My two year old Pomeranian//Sheltie mix loves her Nerf football, and despite ongoing effort, has failed to destroy it (yet). So, I imagined similar durability with the Nerf tennis balls. I was disappointed that the Nerf tennis balls were felt covered, no different from “regular” (not made for dogs) tennis balls. And, just like “regular” tennis balls, my dog was tearing off (and eating) the felt in less than five minutes. Sorry, Nerf, I think this product is a fail.

Just FYI, These are bigger than standard tennis balls
It was difficult for my 25 pound Jack Russell to carry around in his jaws, not that it stopped him. He tore the fabric off, ate the squeaker, barfed it up, and carried it around for a couple hours, jaws uncomfortably open. All in all, a full Jack Russell day.

Not what I expected
Was a bit disappointed. I had to send these back because they have the plastic part of the squeaker showing on the outside of the ball. So if the dog chews this ball there is a good chance that this squeaker will pop out and possible get caught in your dogs throat.

Nice size for large size puppy.
Perfect size for my large puppy to play catch with it. He tries to chew it, but doesn't seem to be able to get a good enough grip on it to do any harm.

New record for Squeaker Silence
I gave one of these--newly purchased--to my 12.5 year old lab/weimeraner mix . She was thrilled and did her normal chew routine, loving the squeak, and the squeaker is now completely non-functional. She didn't even get five minutes of squeak-chew pleasure from it. Is this just a bad apple, or is this a problematic product? If the latter, amazon should not carry it, on sale otherwise. Just now I gave her the second one in the two-pack. The squeaker lasted about two minutes. This is a FRAUDULENT product. Any dog with teeth will pop that squeaker into the ball in seconds (ok, minutes). DO NOT BUY if you want it for your dog to enjoy the squeaker. I rarely give anything I purchase a negative review, but this product is a joke. A large tennis ball with a little hole. Anyone know if Kong's are better?

Love the ball.... can't help that my French Bulldog is lazy... but he loves the squeak it makes! I am hoping that when he becomes an adult he will play with it more. I have used the NERF brand since as a kid... I am sure he will play with it more as time comes. Great product! Size of a tennis ball.

Not for aggressive chewers
Didn’t fit in the nerf dog blaster. Squeaker stopped working within 5 minutes, and our dog split the ball in half within 15 minutes. N

Piece of crap
Threw it in the back yard once. The dog ran, got it, made it squeak and brought it back. He drops it at my feet and it’s broken. Cracked in 2 inside the fabric and the squeaker fell inside. Buy the Kong balls. Have had it 2 years and not yet broken.

N’achetez pas ce produit Très mauvaise qualité Habituellement une vrai balle de tennis lui résiste habituellement plusieurs mois et celle-ci on duré 5 minutes
