Holes
I’ve bought two pairs of these shoes and though I like the comfort of them I don’t like that they get holes in them for no reason. Cheap materials?

These run small
These shoes run small. They’re shorter and narrower than they should be for their size. The kicker? I’ve tried on half a dozen pairs of Skechers in the past week, in the same size. I’m even wearing a pair of Skechers in the same size right now. These are shorter and narrower than any of the pairs I’ve tried. Don’t know why this particular model fits differently than other Skechers shoes do, but this is a very different fit. In particular, they’re very tight across the top of the toe box and over the front of the instep. If you’ve got high insteps, these are definitely not for you. These are going back. Bad move on Skechers’ part.

Very roomy and clean looks
Roomier than expected at the toe area. I wish the area that folds when you walk was real leather. I also have the brown version of this one. Very grippy. Comfortable. Update- got a hole where it folds when I walk. Yea, that area should have been durable material. Otherwise still looks brand new.

Size runs large by one half for the white/blue shoe

Should have returned
The left shoe feels like my sock is bunched up. Right foot feels fine. Should have returned but had not worn them but a few times, thought the bunched up feeling would disappear as they were broke in.

Order a half size larger
So far these shoes are holding up fairly well. I was leary buying online as my feet can be a challenge to find the right fit. After reading some reviews for other sketchers, a lot of people said order a half size larger, I did and I'm glad I did, they are a bit snug and I also had to change out the very short laces to longer ones to loosen them up a bit more. I've only had them a few weeks but they seem to do well outside on the wintery ground for traction, I haven't slipped yet and it's been a very snowy, icy deep freeze for weeks. I 'm not sure I would trust them on glare ice but I do feel a bit more confident with these over others I've had recently with the current weather conditions.
