Brand New Shows - but kind of used

The shoes themselves are very nice. Tapered, well fit and very handsome. The problem I’m having lately ( which I don’t know if this is the right place to vent my frustration) is that I am receiving products , like these shoes , that are USED. I mean, there’s nothing wrong with them and I can tell that they are new, but I can also very quickly see that SOMEONE ELSE has tried these on. And maybe went for a walk. Then decided these shoes aren’t for them. Which is great because if we are not trying them on at the store we need to make sure they fit at home. The main issue I have is that these pair of shoes are being marketed and sold as: Brand New - NEVER USED. You are being shown pictures of the product as they come out of the factory belt. And you are PAYING the price for a brand new pair of shoes. What I am seeing is a pair of shoes that has scuff marks, the inner paper filler has been removed and crumpled up and just put in the box. The shoe laces have already been inserted by the person who opened them. And there is a faint, not-too noticeable odor. Don’t get me wrong : The shoes look and feel new. But there has obviously been a previous would-be owner who had tried them on and I want the pair of shoes that I paid FULL price for to come looking exactly what I paid to receive. The same goes for a comforter I recently purchased. It was opened, not folded correctly and isn’t it illegal to sell someone used bedding? Well, again they sold it as BRAND NEW. But it’s not really BRAND NEW. Someone else opened your product. And now you’re using THEIR used Brand New items. Just saying.

Beautiful versatile design, ADAPTABLE

Like these. As a 52yr old that hates dress shoes, these make a fantastic substitute for traditional all black dress shoes, being comfortable & so highly versatile for fairly basic overall design for certain function.

Nice for the Price

Quality is decent, maybe not quite superb. Not bad for a $35 shoe though. Because of comments saying the sizes run small I got Size 11 instead of my usual 10 - 10.5. Glad I did, the 11s fit properly

The media could not be loaded. Si van a comprar pidan de su talla yo pedí una mas grande y me vino tal cual, pero no es problema por que no se nota y me siento mas comodo del calzado.
