Great and comfortable boots so far (worn for 2 weeks)

Very impressed so far

I want to preface this review by saying that I am only in my second day wearing these boots, but so far I'm super impressed with them. The craftsmanship is really good, especially for the price point. The fit is right on. I actually went to my local Red Wing store to get fitted. I tried on several boots and they all felt good on me, but I liked the look of these the best. I would have bought them right then from Red Wing, but they were out of stock in my size for the style I wanted and were not able to get them within the time frame that I needed them, so I was glad to find them here. I would definitely recommend getting fitted by a professional before buying. I discovered that my Red Wing size was actually slightly bigger than what I had been buying. I am certain that being fitted first contributes to my enjoyment of and comfort in these boots. They fit me perfectly and right out of the box they feel like I have worn them for a while. In other words, they basically already feel like they are broken in and I only expect them to get better as I wear them. As a guy who owns many pairs of boots from several quality brands, I really have to give it up to Red Wing for the design of these Irish Setter Wingshooters. They are definitely quality boots from a quality brand. I can easily recommend them. I will update if anything changes.

This is the perfect boot

This is my third pair. I work in manufacturing with polished concrete floor that are extremely rough on the boots souls. I get over two year of use out of these. They are completely waterproof and with the lining are comfortable. I order the wide so there is absolutely no break in period. I have worn a number of different brand that only last 7-8 months.

Best damn boot going.

I am a residential painting contractor I own a business. I do a lot of exteriors, up-and-down extension ladders. And deal with wet grass and other elements. After searching for years these are by far the best boots. So damn comfortable and lightweight. I have owned a lot of shoes and the 2 most comfortable I can think of are my air Max 95s and the hey dudes. These are like those but in boot form and to be honest I like them better. They’re so perfect I never want to take them off lol

Nice boots

Well made, as expected. Quality leather,sole, and foot bed. Very nice tongue and eyelets are spaced well for speed lacing. Upper well padded. A little heavier than expected, especially for “wing shooters”

My husband LOVES these boots

My husband cannot stop talking about how comfy these boots are. He wears them everywhere and never complains about anything with his feet. He’s got wide feel so they give his feet comfort. Great support and can be worn to dress up or down. Keep feet warm and dry. Higher sole so that took some getting used to but other than that great purchase

Fit is narrow, be sure to order the EE wide if you have a wider foot

These are excellent hunting boots and you get what you pay for. But if you have a wide foot be sure to order the EE wide fit boot size as these boots are true to length but you will find the fit narrow if you dont order the wide foot model. Mine are 9 wide and fit snug with regular socks, so they will take a bit of walking to stretch out a little and fit with a wool hiking sock. I have another pair of Irish Setter camo hunting boots for fall and winter hunting that I have had for 3 years and they are also amazing boots. Warm, dry and all day comfort to wear and walk long days in the back country.

Best boots I’ve ever owned, beyond comfortable. May have down sized by a half size but still happy with getting a 10 when I wear 10 daily in Vans, Nikes, and such

This is boot fits like a custom but caries the price point of a off the shelf. Beyond the boots comfort it functuons well in a hikeing capacity or a daily wear.
