Finally a pair of Jeans that fits my thighs

Color is a little funky, not what I would call traditional denim color, but the fit is great and the age very well. This is my second pair. I love the short size and the fit through the thighs.

Very comfortable fit, however a bit long.

I get some like to roll the hem up, but I wanted a length to measurement. These are a couple inches longer than I like. It's all okay as the overall fit is incredibly comfortable. The length works well with shoes, but noticeably long without shoes.

Great jeans; see below for comparison photo

While these are all sold under this item on Amazon (except the Storm Rider color is the modern fit), there was a little variation between them. The Taurus color fit snugger in the bottom and Nightfall seemed slightly looser. Calypso and Round Midnight fit as expected. But all were pretty close - th variation was pretty minor. The real variable here is color and as you can see from the photo that is also pretty close. From left to right in my photo they are: Calypso Round Midnight Taurus Storm Rider Nightfall I liked the Storm Rider color best (and the nod to the name of the classic Lee jacket) but it was the Modern fit and would have required me to go commando for a bit of extra room so I returned them. I also liked the Calypso and kept them. The Round Midnight was my 3rd choice color-wise and has that slightly yellowed/dirty undertone that all the hipsters are wearing. I kept that pair too. I liked the color of the Taurus jeans but the sanding that is done to them looks really fake and the way it is done is along where the fabric would accordion up at the thigh when seated and so it makes them look sloppy. These are also 100% cotton and do not have the 1% spandex the other ones do. This is not really that big of a deal if the jeans fit you well bit the pnes with spandex feel a little softer out of the box. After a few washes the 100% cotton ones should be as soft. The same comments about the color of the Taurus ones apply to the Nightfall pair as well - cheesy looking fake wear marks. These have the 1% spandex. So all the colors are nice; it just depends on the details and your style. There are a few other details as well such as some have white stitching and others have a light yellow or orange thread but either way it does not stand out. I will definitely order more of the Calypso and Round Midnight.

Let me just say, I have been searching for jeans that fit me for a LONG time. I used to wear Abercrombie's bootcut, then some at Express, some from Bullhead(Pacsun)... but then the "super skinny" and "tight" trend started, and most companies did away with those comfortable fitting jeans. Everything either has the crotch up to my belly button, or I couldn't even fit my calf through the thigh part of the jean. I don't know how anyone can feel comfortable in these jeans. I am 6'4", athletic build, and even though I am a weight lifter and hockey player, I'm not super muscular or anything. But I could never find any jeans that fit me comfortably. Sorry, but I have stuff in my crotch that needs room... I don't want to be split in two like a wedge! And I don't want to feel like I'm wearing female leggings either. It isn't comfortable, nor does it look good, imo. So then, in my endless search throughout the lands... I came across a pair of these Lee's at a TJ Maxx. They didn't have my exact size, but I tried them on anyway.. I liked the inseam, and the leg room, even thought the waist wasn't my size. So I figured I'd give them a try, and came on here to order a pair. After spending hundreds on jeans that I never wear because they don't fit right, I finally found some I love!! Thank you, Lee, for making a pair of jeans for NORMAL people who don't like being shoved into jeans like sardines in a can. The jeans have perfect room in the crotch, they are breathable and comfortable in the legs, and the length is pretty much on point. The only somewhat thing I would mention, is that the waist seems to fit a bit small... NOT out of size or way off, just a little bit snugger than some other jeans I usually wear. But they still fit. I did only order the "Round Midnight" so far.. I noticed others saying the different styles fit differently, so I can speak to that. Just this one pair so far.

Great jeans—good replacement for Modern Series

I ordered these jeans because my favorite style of relaxed fit bootcut jeans (currently available as Lee Modern Series) has been plagued by defects. I couldn’t find another relaxed bootcut style in Lee so I went with these straight-leg jeans. I compared them to the Modern Series & found that the fit is very similar, though these are a bit stiffer because the color (Round Midnight) is 100% cotton compared to the Modern Series Santiago color I tried, which is 1% spandex. The front pocket openings are cut a bit higher than the Modern Series, so the opening feels more restricted, but the rivets are ring-style, so I like that they don’t scrape my phone when I pocket it like the Modern Series rivets do. The major difference between the Modern Series and these is the size of the yoke (the fabric between the waistband and back pockets). Because the Modern Series has a “wide yoke,” there’s slightly more room in the back of the jeans (slightly baggier in the butt if you don’t fill out that space), creating the “falling down pants” look where the back pockets sit lower. I prefer the Premium Select particularly because it fits like I wanted (like all Lee jeans), didn’t come with defects/rips, has ring rivets. The neutral aspects are the narrow yoke, lack of bootcut, and stiffness (they should break in ok). The only negative is the slightly constricted front pocket openings. For reference, I’ve included pictures of 1) the Modern Series & Premium Select yoke comparison, 2) the Modern Series and Premium Select front pocket comparison.

Fits great but style is not as pictured. It’s more light blue and the design isn’t really as shown in the images. Still worth for price imo

I'm fatter than I thought

I ordered a smaller size due to me being unaware of my increasing circumference, but that being said they seems good quality and like they would be comfy around my girth if it would allow it. I'm going to take this as a reason to loose weight ????
