One size fits all? No

I was looking for wool socks- Carhartt used to make them and I’ve bought many pair here on Amazon. Seems they’ve stopped making actual wool socks and started selling these, and there is no comparison… these suck. They’re nowhere near as heavy or warm and they fit very poorly. The size I bought was 6-12, which is a ridiculous range to cover. I’m a size 9, 9.5 and they are way too big (insert foot size joke here). These would fit 12 or larger. I took a chance and washed them hoping they’d shrink and they did not, not even a little. So, I wasted my money. I’ve since looked all over and cannot find real wool socks anywhere!!! Is this some kind of conspiracy?! Is there a monopoly on wool to be used only by the rich and powerful?! Someone please start manufacturing wool for us peasants! I lost a few of my old wool Carhartt socks to my Golden Retriever puppy. I can’t be mad at him because I left them out and he’s too darn cute, so I’m left empty and sad with cold feet :(

Excellent quality

I am a size 13 shoe and these socks are perfect in all aspects. Very warm and comfortable.
