Wrong size received

I keep receiving the wrong size which is very saddening. I still gave 4 stars because the boots are definitely good quality even though I had to return them.

Son loves his Mucks!

Size just right, almost a little small. Keeps his feet warm and dry on mild winter days (40+ degrees) in Michigan. Needs warmer boots when drops to freezing temps. Camo design is fantastic! Son wore them around house all Christmas day. He loves them!!

These are exactly what they say they are. We did waterproof the upper part of the boot.

as far from true to size as you can get

What in the world is this!! I ordered size 7big kids as that’s the size I have to replace. They are listed as ”(8-12)” they won’t even fit my 2 year old! Extremely disappointed!! Now I have to shovel snow in my sneakers
