Melissa & Doug is known for its quality products, and this does not disappoint! This bear was larger than I thought it would be (great surprise!), and even softer than it looks (again, great!). I took a chance on this, and definitely would have paid twice what I did for it without hesitation. If you have a loved one or a kid that loves stuffed animals, this will surely be a huge hit!

And this bear is just right. . . .
This bear is 22 inches from head to toe. It is also silky soft with just the right amount of squishy-ness. I wanted a bear big enough for me to hold onto for my stay in the hospital. I know that I will experience a great deal of pain and I want something I can really squeeze to help. This bear comes in two color choices. I chose the creamy colored one. I hope I can get the brown version some day to give as a gift.

I wanted a stuffed animal as a doorstop for my master bedroom door. It's cute! It's a good size and shape and color for my application. Did I mention that has a really cute expression? I'm happy with it. Now that I know I'm going to keep it, I'll cut the paper tag off.

2 year old loves this bear!
I bought this for my 2 year old son's birthday. We had a really cute polar bead from Z Gallerie but after we washed it once, it lost its shape and the fur looked awful, $50 wasted. This Melissa & Doug bear is the perfect size for cuddling during bedtime, is super cute, soft and after we washed it once in gentle cycle and dried it, it looks and feels the same. Love it!

Seems to have the right mix
This teddy bear is rather large (20 inches or so) with nice facial features (i.e., it's rather good looking). The shaggy fur is very soft and feels pleasant in your hand. The stuffing is either just right or slightly less than I expected- it's a tough call, but in any case it's very close to perfect. My kid loves it and won't go to sleep without it, so there's no way I can give it less than 5 stars.

Fantastic quality!
Fantastic quality! I initially purchased the SMALLER version of this and I wound up returning that particular one because it was only about 6 inches high and I wanted a substantially larger bear. Instead I purchased THIS Melissa & Doug BIG Roscoe Bear and was exceedingly pleased with both the size and the quality!

Description was misleading.
I wish I would have known the dimensions of the bear before ordering. I searched for a while looking for a life size bear. I knew Melissa and Doug had quality products, so I chose this one. It was nowhere near life size! Other than that, my daughter loved it.. Well made, soft, cute and fuzzy.

Perfect
Loved this bear, all I hoped for and more! It was to be added to my granddaughters bed as her current bear is VERY worn out. She saw this one and instantly loved it. She’s 8. It’s as soft as you could imagine and a great cuddle size.
