Great fit!

Great fit - for ME, anyway. Bra's can be such a difficult investment! I've tried them all.... as a 34H my boobs kinda start to the side and need to get tucked forward in the bra. This bra works for that. I've had two in the past but purchased always at Dillards. Thought I'd take the chance on Amazon and - whew - saved a trip to the mall! I am getting another in probably black. They must have updated their product as this one's material is softer! I'm in my late 50's and right now between a 10/12, FYI. (Stupid menopause.) BUT, even as my usual size 8, my bra size is close to the same, so I just expect to use the next row of hooks as I drop about 15 lbs..... I am wearing it right now and it is so comfortable.

NOTHING SPECIAL FOR THE HIGH PRICE/REVISED

Very pretty! After wearing this bra several times it feels comfortable and lightweight, the cups are smooth and the straps are slightly padded and comfortable. The underwire is made well and doesn't shift or poke me. But for me it doesn't have much lift or support as the band seems very flimsey and straps seem like they will break at the seam in front if tightened any more. Also when I washed it by hand and air dried it the cups shrunk giving me muffin top boob which show under a tshirt. This is the first time I ever bought a very expensive bra for myself and this one is nothing special. Two stars for comfort and pretty fabric. REVISION: After a year I came back to this bra-it is the best bra that exists for comfort and since I'm old (70) it doesn't matter anymore what shows or if theres sagging--BEST COMFIEST AND WELL MADE BRA EVER HANDS DOWN! And nothing broke yet, and it gets 2 more stars!

Most comfortable bra but not as supportive as other styles

I don't think I have ever had a bra that is as comfortable as the one. I wear mostly Le Mystere and Elomi brands, sometimes Freya. This is hands-down the most comfortable bra. However, the grade off is support. I wear 36 DD, and I couldn't wear a t-shirt with this because it wouldn't look right...not enough support. But I can war it with button up shirts that are loose. I'm glad I bought it, but it can't be the only style bra I own.

Breasts point sideways instead of forward - Horrible shaping

VERY strange fit. I think this is a terrible bra. It does what the other reviewers were saying making each breast point outward instead of forward. I thought I'd still try the bra thinking maybe some people had not had a proper fitting bra which actually does separate your breasts and mistook a good fit for something off. Nope, not the case, the bra is the issue. I thought I could tolerate this look for around the house wear when others would not be seeing me, though the underwire in the armpit seemed to be trying to stab it's way through. I only wore it ONE day and have this strong of a negative reaction. I ordered this around the holidays and didn't get it returned in the 1 month return period. Now I'm out nearly $70 and have a crappy, poor fitting bra. The band and cup size seem to run true to size (sometimes I have to order one size wider band by Le Mystere). The cups just redirect your breasts outward in the most awkward way. The material itself seems fine. I like Le Mystere bras, and own several of them and will continue to buy them, but this one was not good... My two favorite bras for large breasts (I don't mean C's or D's, but E-H's: I'm a 36H) are the Le Mystere Lace T-Shirt Bra (order the band one size larger) because of the shape and the thicker cups which minimizes see through of nipple when it's cold, and the absolute best fit and shape is Wacoal Women's Awareness Underwire Bra; it does not have thick cups but the support and shape of your breasts is fantasitic. Spend your money on these two bras instead.

So happy to find this on Amazon! It’s just what I wanted in a very hard to find size. This brand and style are classic - beautiful, lightweight, supportive and doesn’t smash your chest into a uniboob. I do recommend going to a good lingerie department and getting a professional to measure you and help you find the right size & style that works best for you. Buy their bra since they worked for your business. Then order a couple extras here. You’ll be so glad you got the right size!

Great bra, too small cups

I thought this bra was awesome when I pulled it out of the bag and, if I just slipped it on, it appears to fit (but be very minimizing); however, doing what all big busted women really should do to avoid squishing breast tissue in their armpits, I scooped myself into the cups and had quad boob. A US 34H should be the equivalent of a UK 34FF that fits me fine, but sadly both US 34Hs I received were too small in the cups. This one at least fit correctly in the band.

Wide and shallow - great work fit

Overall, this bra meets the requirements for getting what you expect. The band is the correct size and wide so it doesn't cut in and create side rolls. The gore tacks correctly to my chest and the cup is the right size, and does not create spill over. With that said, if you're here from abrathatfits, take this into consideration: the cup shape is wide, so the underwire goes to your armpit. Also, the cup is somewhat shallow and high (minimizing), so it creates a smaller profile, pushing the breast shape away from the gore. It eliminates cleavage entirely which is great for tshirts and work fits where a balconette or demi creates too much projection.

Love this bra!

After reading other reviews, I decided to go ahead and order this bra in my usual Le Mystere size. For comparison purposes, I wear a 34 DD in all my Wacoal bras, both minimizer and regular. My regular Le Mystere bras are all 34E. Since I am only 5'1", I love that there is no band under the cups. It makes the entire bra so much more comfortable. The bra is soft, well made, and supports the girls beautifully without looking like a piece of hardware or resulting in unsightly bulges anywhere. Be aware that these bras are handwash/line dry only.
