Disappointed with new packaging and product formulation!
Long time user of this brand/product. But I am not happy with the newly-designed packaging and the new formulation makes it difficult to remove the cream from the container without getting it all under my fingernails! What happened to the cream's softness and gentle applicability? I think it's time to look for another brand of body cream.

Fabulous cream
I ordered this L'Occitane cream by accident when I was trying to get a L'Occitane Shea Butter cream. My wife loved it so much, that I ordered another one so she could continue the use of it. All L'Occitane products are top quality.

Disappointed
I never thought to read the reviews as I have purchased this for years. Now I see I should have. The package is less filled, there appears to be less shea butter in the formula, and the worst part is the change of fragrance. This is my last purchase of this product.

Good product but package is a steal
I have been using this brand and product for years and I love it. However, this time I was unpleasantly surprised by the package and how it’s actually less product than it used to be. I think I would rather pay a higher price that find empty spots in the package

Fragrance Change!
L`occitane have changed the packaging and also the fragrance of this product. The new fragrance triggers an allergy I have, therefore I am unable to use the product in its new form. Hence the four stars. If you do not have `my allergy` this is a five star product.

Che ci combini Occitane?
Uso questa crema da molti anni, forse la migliore mai provata, ma questa nuova versione è stata una grande delusione. Mi pare strano che questo marchio che mi ha abituato a prodotti di grande qualità sia riuscito a scadere così in basso. La profumazione da ottima è diventata spiacevole, ma qui siamo nel soggettivo e non è comunque un parametro primario per la scelta di una crema. Inoltre, a mio avviso, è cambiata anche la trama. La consistenza in precedenza era molto più liscia e facile da distribuire. Ora la crema è un po' più soda e non viene più assorbita così rapidamente. Lascia sulla pelle una pellicola grassa, fastidiosa, plasticosa, una sensazione di artificiale che non aveva la vecchia versione. Una vera delusione, aspetterò la prossima versione per ricomprarla.

Cela fait des’années que j’utilise cette crème ayant la peau très sèche surtout en hiver. Mais j’avais comme beaucoup de personnes l’ancienne version qui a malheureusement disparue. J’ai du me rabattre sur la nouvelle qui pour moi représente les points positifs et négatifs suivants : Positifs : le fait de la recharge qui peut être économique, l’hydratation par excellence Négatifs : l’odeur a changé, moins discrète que la précédente je dirais même trop présente, texture bien moins crémeuse que l’ancienne (il faut bien la chauffer dans les mains pour pouvoir l’appliquer) Ceci dit ça reste une très bonne crème corps

L'OCCITANE, Sheabutter Ultra Riche ist eine ausgezeichnete Körpercreme, auf frischer Haut ist ein wenig Produkt ausreichend. Die Haut bleibt den ganzen Tag hydratisiert und weich. Für diejenigen, die keine parfümierten Creme mögen, ist es perfekt. Der Preis ist bei Amazon besser; denn im Shop kostet es €8 mehr.

Hidratación no aceitosa ni pringosa
Es una buena crema hidratante ,había leído muy buenas reseñas y también malas que si venía en un formato rellenable y que si no olía bien, pero a mí me parece que tiene buen olor y la crema es bastante hidratante sin dar la sensación de pringosa.
