Product stopped working and they sent a replacement

I bought this product and it stopped working after 2 weeks of using it!!! I contacted their customer service and they are sending a replacement!!! Awesome customer service!!!

They don't last very long.

This is the fifth one I have purchased, tried a "different" manufacturer each time (they're probably all made in the same factory) and none have lasted more than a year. This one was bought in December 2022 and lasted until the end of April 2023. Almost 5 months. Every one has died because of the cord overheating/breaking. The cords are not replaceable. I use mine 5 days a week for lunch and it's never plugged in for more than an hour. This one was a little slower to heat up, so typically took 45 minutes to warm my lunch, compared to 30 to 35 minutes for other brands I have tried.

I’m a trucker great item to reheat leftovers from home gets very hot put your food in a tin tray or wrap food in aluminum foil place in cooker food heats thoughout & doesn’t get soggy or tough like in a microwave

Works great

I put my lunch in this oven 30 to 45 minutes before I’m ready to eat lunch and when it’s ready it’s nice and hot. Line it with Tin foil for easy clean up. Add a splash of water in the bottom and cooks even faster. I would recommend.

Be patient 1 hour plus food will be hot

I'm. A truck driver it works to heat up door rice chicken meat haven't tried soup. You have to get those aluminum foil container things. Long term saves me money from eating out. One thing you have to be patient I say about hour for hot meal w rice veggies meat etc I usually do one hour and 10. Cord pretty long hope it holds up

I used this for my daily work lunches - I'm Electrician Pros - HEATING FOOD ? GREAT quick and hot Cons - I have bought these twice, same thing happened on both, 1st plug in fuse blew, replaced with stronger fuse, then fuse plug plastic shattered not made for heat it generates, heat plate stopped working months later, both failed all the above about the same time, this happened on both, adding also finding containers to fit in unit very challenging

Replacement for our RoadPro - Doesn't heat as well?

We may have gotten a bad unit? We have been using 12v portable ovens for a decade, and have gone through three RoadPro brand units over the years as the hinges break. For whatever reason we couldn't find another RoadPro so we purchased this brand that looks almost identical but we find it doesn't heat as well. Things take longer to warm and don't ever get as warm as with our RoadPro.

Really good but it's a fire hazard

The heating lunch box is an awesome product, it heats fast and take about 30-45minutes to heat an aluminum plate. You need to mix the content for it to heat well since the element is only on the bottom. I would've given a 5 star review but I just noticed that the cable melted in 2 places which is a fire hazard if the other cable were to melt and touch. I used the lunchbox about 50 times in a 4 month period. The cable needs to be of a much better quality.

Très long chauffer, il faut vraiment que le véhicule soit en fonction sinon elle a le temps de vider la batterie avant que ce soit chaud. Mais si vous avez 1h à attendre de disponible en roulant ça peut le faire.
