Mud Pie Mashed Potato Serving Bowl and Spoon

I had to have this bowl !!! My family loves mashed potatoes...and this bowl and spoon is perfect. It is sooo cute and is delightful to use. The verse on the bowl will just put a smile on your face....LOVE MUD PIE !!

Perfect!

I purchased this bowl because my 12 year old granddaughter loves to cook. Her first real accomplishment was mashed potatoes. She now offers to make them for all of our holiday meals. (They are delicious.) I could not resist when I read the cute expressions on both the bowl and serving spoon. It is a large, sturdy bowl but could possibly chip easily if not handled carefully.

Farmhouse Serving Bowl.

My eldest son is a mashed potato addict. He and his wife have very simple white dishes, and as is usually the case they don't have enough serving pieces for entertaining. I saw this bowl while shopping and it seemed perfect for them. They both got a kick out of it. They also mentioned that they need a GRAVY BOAT/BOWL. Hint hint hint Mud Pie!!!

2nd product defective

For the price of this bowl it should be free of defects. I ordered one bowl and sent it back because there was a crack in it and glazed over. I just received the replacement and there are indentations/grooves about two inches long on the inside. May even be font from another item but I can't make out what it says. While I think the bowl is so cute I don't know if I want to keep returning and waiting for a product free of flaws. Think I will have to return this too.
