Wonderful!

I bought this as a runner on a couch table that is 15 x 84. absolutely beautiful. It does not appear to be paper, looks more like a woven straw or basket weave , if that makes sense. Love it!! it's very cushiony for the lamps that sit on it and looks great on the wood surface.

Es de un material artesanal o folclórico

The media could not be loaded. En la foto da un aspecto diferente. Como de un material más elegante. Me sorprendió un poco cuando lo recibí al ver que es de un material como de cáñamo (un material artesanal) pero más duro. No me malinterpreten, no estoy diciendo que sea feo. Esta súper bonito, me encanta. Pero considero que lo que menciono es un detalle importante, ya que puede desentonar con tu decoración si no lo tomas en cuenta. Por ejemplo, sería genial para época de verano y para el exterior, con decoración artesanal o folclórica. Suerte que la decoración de mi comedor es un tanto inclinada a lo artesanal. Miren las fotos y el video. Creo que la empresa que los vende debería poner unas fotos con una decoración artesanal y fotos en donde se note más el tipo de material . Update: acabo de comprar los salvamanteles (redondos) . Creo que me equivoqué de color ya que los veo un poco más oscuros que el camino pero no me molesta demasiado. Están muy bonitos.

This has a unique look.

Ordered this on a whim to look for something different on our Dining room table. And it is different - I like it. While they say it's paper, it actually looks nicer than that. Looks impressive against a dark brown table. Probably would not have the same impact on lighter/oak table. Would also look good with a fabric runner underneath. The only drawback is it took awhile to lay all the way flat - lots of books on it for a few days to weigh it down!

Light and airy runner!

Upon arrival I was actually a bit disappointed when I opened the packaging to find this shiny silver runner. I wasn't expecting it to be made from the material that it was. I am actually not sure what I was expecting, it just wasn't what I received. After setting the table and seeing it on the table I began to fall in love with it's simplicity. The transparency and texture makes it light and that little bit when a heavier material would have taken over. Very easy to clean since it is made of decorative metallic paper but it is also very fragile. Do not have children cutting around the mat. The mat fits perfectly with many different decors and various color schemes. The runner can also be placed over a wide mantle or sideboard. Highly recommend for a different type of runner that can be used during the Winter or any transitional period. I do believe that it should be priced a bit lower because of the material.

Not what I thought

This table top is super flimsy. It’s not what is exactly pictures and looks cheaply made. I have no clue how I am going to clean it because it’s so fragile.

Pretty, but over priced

Very pretty, but over priced. I was looking for these and unable to find them in the stores, so I thought I’d bite the bullet and order them for Xmas. Unfortunately the day they arrived, my sister walked in the door with some she found for me at a store in the states, for $1.70 each that appear to be a little better quality. ( stiffer, less flimsy than the ones I ordered)

Love Love Love these placemats

I truly love these placemats they are everything I had hoped they would be. Inexpensive and add a touch of flair to our dining room table for an informal family gathering. I'm not sure I understand others who say they are practically one-use only. I guess if you spilled something on them, they wouldn't last as it appears to be made from paper fibres. But for 10 adults at our dinner party, they were perfect. I will definitely be able to use them over & over again.....although I would NOT use them with our young grandchildren ;-)

Very pretty and unique

The mats are really unique and attractive (better looking than the picture). They are probably not suitable for placemats but they served wonderfully for our intended purpose as a base for table centrepieces. They are a good size and of fairly good quality. We used them as a decorative base for flower vases and tea lights at a wedding and they really made the arrangements pop. They did take awhile to arrive, but came a little earlier than the projected delivery date, so we were satisfied.

Exactly What I Expected. I knew that they were a paper product, so that was not surprising, having said that unless they got thoroughly soaked, they can be used over and over again. Only thing that would make these better, would be if they were a vinyl type product
