Awesome
This is a well build critter cage. A lot of thought went into this design. It is study and came with many items that others would sell you individually. We were missing one ring and my husband called customer service. A PERSON answered on the second ring, was pleasant and sent out a replace that arrived in less than a week. *****EXCELLENT COMPANY*****

My Hamster Loves This Cage
Great as an expansion to other Ferplast cages but too small to be the only enclosure for a hamster. The wheel is too small for a Syrian hamster as it bends their back too much while running. Other than that, my hamster loves to explore and spends quite a bit of time traveling through this cage. The lid arrived cracked, but the seller sent me a new one and it arrived within 4 days after contacting them. Great customer service!

Great for a dwarf hamster.
We have had this hamster cage for 4 months and I’m pretty impressed with it. Pros: It’s very easy to take apart and wash clean, we do that once a week. It’s a perfect size for a dwarf hamster. It is light and compact so it fits easily in my son’s room. Cons: Wheel does start to make noise after a little bit of use. I fixed easily by applying Vaseline weekly to the rod that the wheel goes on. The food bowl it came with was a bit large, so I bought a smaller one that took up less space. Overall, our little hamster Boba is very happy in his home.

Yummy plastic
It was an OK cage at first, I got it to attach to another set of cages that my hamster, Gundham, could travel to between the specific tubes that this company makes. Unfortunately he can not be contained and chewed his way out. I found him in the kitchen eating cat food. It's probably not a great idea to make any hamster cages out if plastic and I would caution against getting this. It wasn't a huge deal because he doesn't go far and he has more estates to rule over but it was a waste of money. Unless you want to go on a hamster hunt I would not get this.

Cute, decent size, but replace the accessories.
This cage is really cute, and decently sized. Based on the true space needs of hamsters, I would say it's best for dwarf hamsters, if that. Check out the Hamster Hideout forum's thread under Supplies and Accessories, titled "The case for large cages", if you'd like some food for thought as far as cage size goes. If you have the room, get the Ferplast Favola, minimum - or make your own - there are a ton of tutorials and ideas for that out there. My two main issues : the water bottle is awful. Get rid of it. Aside from the attachment pushing apart the bars a bit (the instructions tell you not to let it do this, but that's physically impossible), the nozzle is too large to fit between them from the outside, so I had to put it inside the cage. That was a minor annoyance, but then I realized the bottle wasn't dispensing water in any decent amount, if it was at all. I had to sit there and squeeze it while my hamster drank. I'd read another comment saying the same, so I was keeping an eye on that, and know it's not just me. No reason to risk dehydrating your hamster. I also don't like the wheel - I feel like the excessively high ridges inside of it are just as bad for tiny paws as a wire wheel. They'll use it, but...get a dish wheel or a silent spinner. My issues with the accessories aside, the cage itself appears well made, will almost certainly appeal to children, and my very small dwarf ham hasn't managed to find a way out (yet). I'll update this review if we run into any issues.

Worked well for the hamsters not for the gerbils
It was easy to put together, make sure you put the water bottle and place correctly at first my hamsters could not get the water after we reposition the bottle it worked fine and the hamsters were happy it's my second cage like this one The gerbils ate through the first one but they have eaten through several cages I don't think it's the cage I just think it's my critters.

Great cage one minor flaw
Overall I think the value for what’s included is great. I also like the more neutral toned down colors. One flaw that drives me nuts is the air holes on the bottom of the tube. I feel like the air holes on top are sufficient. The bottom ones allow for poop, food, and bedding to fall through leaving a mess.

Be overly careful assembling
Cracked while assembling, the top part of th cage is much more fragile than it feels, and it feels pretty dirt cheap so.. good luck everyone with assembling it, and besides how easy it is to break, the rest I'd rate over all good for what your paying.

good product but maybe too small
The good thing about this cage is that there's no danger of the hamster escaping, but i have the feeling that might be too small even for dwarf hamster. The bedding won't come out of the cage and make a mess. I would like to make an extension for the cage.

Muy práctica!
Es pequeña pero tiene un gran diseño, me encanta que tiene varias entradas para ampliarla mediante tubos. A mi hamster le ha gustado mucho. La rueda no traía el perno para asegurarla así que no pude montarla.
