THe product is great. The packing was lacking. Someone forgot to put the top on the shoebox, so the shoes were "ratting" around unprotected.

Poor Quality
Love the sandals poor quality the gold ribbon coming apart on both and the crystal coming apart as well . have not worn the sandals that much haven't even had for a year purchase in July Not Happy
