Perfect lamps for guest room

I am writing a review because, like many of you, I searched all over for elegant and reasonable lamps for our guest room. I looked at all the regular discount stores (TJM, HG, Tgt) and also many here on Amazon. Some lamp descriptions stated you would have to assemble the shade! I wanted a reasonable lamp, but come on. These shades are sturdy and fully assembled. The lamps were packaged well, arrived undamaged, and on time. They were easy to assemble and I had them up within minutes! They also came with lightbulbs, which made it even easier. These lamps are simple and yet the shape is elegant. They are bright, but not too bright. The height at 25" is shorter than some, but taller than so many listed here on Amazon; I thought the height and width were perfect. And, the price was ridiculously reasonable coming in at less than $60 per lamp. I've paid many times more for lamps. Overall, I loved them and so did our guests.

Beautiful lamps

These lamps are very well made and are beautiful. Well worth the price in comparison to other lamps that cost as much if not more. I mean I got one set for $45 used, like new. I figured if I didn't like them I'd only be out that much or I could return them. Then I bought a set at regular price because I needed four lamps. I was very surprised that they were as big as they are,love the shape of them and the linen white shades are amazing. A bell like shade itself and for its size would probably go for the same amount as the lamps themselves if not more. The glass part is pretty thick and i like the silver finish along the bottom. I had been looking at fillable lamps, so I can add sand but the price of any that I actually liked were way too expensive. In fact one decent fillable lamp can run you 50 bucks more then the price for this set. So after I received the first set I began taking the lamp apart to see if I could get into the glass and figured out I could. The top bolt unscrews the bottom and you can either just open it enough to get sand or shells in it or I do believe you can unscrew it all the way . Not totally sure. But you can add things. It'll have to be upside down to put anything in it, the top doesnt open wide enough, but then just screw the bottom back on and put it right side up. Might be a little difficult to find something to prop it up while your filling it but I'm sure it can be done. So, in my opinion, these lamps were a great buy whether you fill them or not. Again, very well made and so happy with my purchase.

Very pretty lamps!

My old lamps were very sturdy, but they were also very dark. I needed something a little lighter to help brighten up the room. Reading the reviews on these lamps sold me, and they are very pretty. The assembly was easy and quick, but you do have to tighten down the lightbulb holder clockwise and not counter clockwise. They are not heavy, and they are glass. I also loved that they sent light bulbs with them. That was a very nice touch.

Beautiful

Lamps were well packed (though the styrofoam was a bit annoying to clean up). Easy to assemble. The shades are a really nice fabric, better than I expected for the price. They look beautiful in my living room. I've received so many compliments, even from an interior designer.

Beautiful Cobalt Lamps!

Beautiful lamps! True to colour and they look great in my living room. I looked high and low for the blue and gold lamp combination, and because these were the only ones I could find that were actually pretty I decided to get them. I’m very glad I did! Even though, I do think they are overpriced (you can find them in the U.S. for $120) I got them anyway. They were a little challenging to put together bc the instructions are a bit confusing because your not supposed to twist the cord but with a little bit of patience they were put together. I highly recommend especially if you’re looking for that pop colour and a pretty addition to your living space.
