Survival of the fittest!

This little toy has lasted almost a month in our 2 Australian Cattle Dog house. It is an amazing fetch toy, light to toss, and has the element of suprise in not knowing which direction it will bounce. Good places to grip with the mouth, and even survived very light tug of war. It loses one star because it looked dirty within 1 minute of being out of the box. I'll be adding all my dog toy recommendations and dislikes using #heelermom. I would recommend this toy.

Favorite Toy

This is one of his favorite toys... the other is the Hartz ball...If this Rino can stand up to a 5mo 60+lb Rottie puppy for weeks of rough play...squeaker still intact...it definitely deserves 5 star He love it so much I ordered another one for his friend. Will order another for him... hopefully he'll get the gator next time

Ordered a purple rhinoceros, got a green alligator.

While it may not sound like a big deal, the rhino has a very specific and meaningful story behind it for our family, and I saw nowhere in the product description that we might get anything else. For the price, the dog likes the toy, so it wasn't worth the time to return it, but I won't be ordering any more Hartz dog toys from Amazon.

Great for pup alone or to play fetch

Ordered one of these last week and got the purple (rhino?) 30 lb 6 mo. goldendoodle puppy was not interested first day, but then we went out in yard. It bounces when I toss it and with the legs and bits sticking out, it bounces kind of wacky and stick up above the grass and leaves so easier to find. He can sometimes just get his mouth around the whole body, but the legs, etc are easy to grab. Then he lost it, maybe in the ivy. Thought I'd order the set of 3, but they cost more than 3 individually. So ordered one, hoping for a different (What does the dog care!?!?) and got the Lion. Meanwhile, pup showed up with the first! So far, He likes to chew and chews on this, but no sign of damage. Yet. eta it's been a month and no sign of all the chewing! Very happy.

Great toy!

My jack-russell mix is tough on toys, but after a month this toy looks new and squeaks great! And we play with it all the time. Mia's squeaky lion and it's her favorite toy.

Very durable!!

My dogs love their toy!! It was pictured as a Rhino and we got an alligator but regardless they still love it!! They have yet to kill the squeaker of even make it look like they've been fighting over it!! 10/10 will be buying again!!

A good attempt at making a durable toy but no match for aggressive chewers

My dogs loved the shape and squeak of it. You can also bounce it like a ball. Unfortunately, my big dogs had the little parts chewed off within minutes, despite this toy being made with relatively stronger material. The squeaker must be self-contained because it still continued to squeak even when the little pieces got chewed off. That was nice because most squeaker toys I've bought in the past will stop squeaking as soon as the toy gets punctured. This is day 3, and although the squeaker has been destroyed, the main body is still mostly intact. I paid just under $5 for this; I think at this price that it is worth trying.

Great ball for my german shepard

German Shepard, great size for him. He really loves this ball. He really likes the hartz duraballs that squeak so I decided to try this out, it also squeaks like them and he really seems to like it and always want me to throw this one. It throws ok as a ball, it is round, and when it lands it bounces all around because of the legs and he goes nuts trying to catch it. Wouldnt recommend for a chewing dog, it wouldnt last very long, my GSD doesnt ruin his toys really other than squeaking them alot and olaying alot of catch. 10/10 my dog liked it way more than I thought he would

Cute and squeaky but not for aggressive chewers

Our two Dobermans loved the squeaky toys. They’re very cute but they’re not very durable. They are also filled with some type of spongy foam material which gives them their unique texture and fullness. However once the dog chews a hole in the rubber, all of the filling starts to come out and it creates a big mess of little pieces everywhere. Not a huge deal but just something to be aware of. To make the toy last longer, I vacuumed all of the stuffing out and let them play with the empty toy. It’s still maintains it full shape even without the stuffing. For the price it’s worth it and I would buy again even knowing they won’t last long before getting holes throughout!

Great toy

We bought this because the Hartz green bone lasted nearly two years. Our chihuahua mix loved the rhino right away. Very happy with the purchase.

Robuste!

Je suis vraiment agréablement surprise! Je l'ai acheté vu les évaluations positives et je ne suis pas déçue. Mon chien joue avec depuis des mois et il n'est pas du tout brisé. Pour moi, ce jouet est sécuritaire, amusant pour mon chien et mignon en plus. Arrivé rapidement et bien emballé! Mon seul négatif est qu'on me peut pas choisir la couleur. J'espérais avoir des modèles différents. C'est pourquoi j'enlève une étoile.
