Fast healing pads.

Patient had bed sores on bottom, after using padded briefs. These pads keep the areas dry and give the places time to heal.

Work well, but not very waterproof

I’ve been using these for a slow healing skin gouge on the top of my hand. It’s now healing much quicker. However, although they stick really well at first, they aren’t very waterproof. Even though it’s applied to a flat spot and I minimize the amount of water getting on it when I wash my hands, I haven’t got one to last even 24 hours. All the edges start peeling up. And removing it early (when it’s still sticky over the wound) negates some of the benefit.

Pimple Patch - Extreme Edition!

I used this as a pimple patch and it blew me away! I have used the cosrx and the nexcare patches and while I like the nexcare patches, this product took pimple care to the next level. I woke up and I saw something emerging that was light pink and it looked like it was ready to eventually become an angry pimple. I didn’t see anything white and if there was it must have been really small where I couldn’t see it. I cut the patch in four and out one on the pimple. These are THICK in the middle so this is something you put in at home or before bed. After a couple hours the patch was already turning white and by the 8th hour it was a miracle. It sucked out so much even when there was no white visible on the pimple! The regular pimple patches don’t do that! I will save these for emergencies or when I can stop something before it gets monsterous. As for cutting them small, I don’t know how well they will stick. I cut the bandage in four and it stuck on pretty well! The only time it budged was when I was eating and it only raised a very small part of the corner where it’s really thick. I will try to cut it smaller next time and see if it will stay overnight.

Excellent for acne and splinters!

I am so grateful for these bandages. I had a horrible, painful, inflamed, deep zit that was killing me. I cut a small piece of this bandage and put it on overnight and when I woke up the swelling had reduced by probably 75% and was significantly less painful. These are a great value because you can cut them up to be pimple sized so you can get probably six, maybe more, pimple patches out of every square depending on how big/small you cut it. It’s got adhesive on the whole bandage so it will definitely stick no matter where you cut, and the adhesive is strong enough to stay put but won’t hurt when you take it off. They’re significantly more effective than the pimple patch dots and can be left on a lot longer, allowing the pimple to drain and heal in a moist environment which leads to less scarring and a quicker heal time. Granted, they’re thick and definitely not invisible, but no one is going out right now anyway! I’ve also used them to remove splinters when I had an unfortunate run in with a cactus and the spines got stuck under my skin and when I got a piece of glass stuck deep in my skin. Pulled them right out! These are a must have.

I bought these and cut them to use as a “pimple patch” and they last longer and you can shape them into what you need. They’re perfect as a less expensive option.

Perfect for bad acne!

I'm so impressed. These work very well. I'm using them to treat my nodular acne because the ones designed for that purpose are way too small and way too expensive. I never had bad acne until right after high school.... but it came on with a vengeance; huge, swollen, incredibly painful pimples that lasted for weeks. I could never afford expensive drugs or dermatologist visits, so I suffered. As I've gotten older, my flare-ups come and go, but I have been still looking for something to help them. These patches are changing my life. If you're like me and need to cover large spaces on your face those tiny circles just won't cut it. These work extremely well to prevent acne from forming. Use them on your trouble spots and suck the gunk out BEFORE it can get infected and turn into a hideous pimple. The pics I posted are the aftermath of one night of wear on the places I usually get flare ups. I did not have any "active" pimples while I wore these. All that white stuff is regular, uninfected sebum hanging out in my pores! It was just waiting to turn into nasty acne.... but not anymore! As with any hydrocolloid dressing they work fantastic for treating already formed acne as well, but prevention is key! I am happy to say that for the first time in 10 years I might have a chance at clear skin. ????

Great for acne!

I love these! I used to purchase the Nexcare acne patches and wear them overnight, however, they would fall off and stick in my hair or body. I tried these and I’m never going back! I’m in my 30s and I have cystic acne and have tried many remedies but this is the fastest and best product I’ve tried! They are thick and adhere very well. You can cut them to size but occasionally I do a whole face treatment and can’t believe all the gunk they pull out. You can visually see all the puss they have extracted.

Nice soft dressing for wounds

I have a low profile Hobbs stent (a stent that goes through my back and kidney through the ureter to my stoma). On the backside, it has a small clamp. You have to bind this wound. I found this dressing perfect. I just cut a slit in the dressing to accommodate the tube. Slipped it under the camp. Covered the clamp with gauze and dressing with a gauze square and the covered that with a Tegaderm tape making a nice soft dressing. I cannot feel the clamp through the dressing so the comfort level is high. It makes sleeping much easier. The dressing is easy to remove and keeps the wound clean. It would work well for nephrostomy tube dressing too.

Stiff

I originally bought this to use on a small part of my c-section incision that was having difficulties closing. However, this was so stiff that, due to the slight overhang of my post partum tummy, the bandage folded in on itself and actually tore open my wound within an hour on wearing and the wound is now twice in size. That was very painful and discouraging. I would recommend it for extremely flat surfaces that don't bend, but definitely not for c-section wounds. For my wound I will stick with the allevyn bandages.

Is not thin & Doesn't stick

I am so disappointed with these. I gave it 2 stars because it's a brilliant concept. But these particular ones do not stick well enough to create a solid seal even on flat areas. These are not "thin" as advertised either. means the edges that don't stick get the dressing corners caught and tugged on causing the dressing to lift even more. It definitely requires tape.

AMAZING

I was skeptics at first, But these work amazing!!!!! You can leave these on for 20-24 hours and you will be SHOCKED by how much it draws out of your skin/spots. It’s insane. They’re comfortable, stuck well, and they suck everything out. They also help open wounds heal (such as a freshly burst spot). 10/10 I recommend.
