Stretches readily.

I have bandaged feet and these socks stretch over them very readily keeping tha bandage clean.

High quality comfort and they stay put during wearing.

I really liked the fit as I have before had socks that slid down during wearing; not these as they are quite comfortable and stay in place. After several washings, they still retain their fit and comfort. This was a great buy and work for either jogging on the trails or just walking around the house.

I bought 12 pair of these socks over 20 years ago & still wearing 3-4 pair today. The material has changed, but for the better, more comfortable.

Looks like Timerland Pro, Feels like dress socks... Buyer beware!

So, I have been a Timberland guy for as long as I can remember. I buy their pants, boots, jeans, hooded flannels, etc. This includes these Timberland "Pro" socks which I just replaced some old pairs. My old pairs are in fact Timberland Pro, you can just feel it in the quality of the sock, and how long these socks last compared to a lot of other name brand socks. These Timberland "Pro" socks are about a 1/5th the quality, and thickness of traditional Timberland "Pro" socks; so much so that they look, and feel like dress socks (no exaggeration). Don't get me wrong, they fit well, they look nice, however they are not what they are leading you to believe they are. They are nothing more than labeled dress socks. I am unhappy with my purchase as I expected better from Timberland. To be honest over the past 5 years I've noticed a lot of their yearly products are severely degrading in quality. Just to give a little perspective on the situation as I said before I buy a lot of Timberland; so much so that a majority of my wardrobe is Timberland. I've bought things, and replaced them with the same type, and style clothing, and have noticed huge changes over the years to include the thickness of the clothing, the quality of the bands on flannel shirts around the cuffs, and stomach, etc. I feel they may be losing me as a customer unless they go back to their original quality.

Worse than I was expecting; smaller than I was expecting.

Not nearly as good as other socks made by Timberland. I have no idea what distinguishes the levels of quality made by the same brand --perhaps these say "performance" and others say something else. Also very small for an adult, men's sock.
