Great hiking socks!
I love these Columbia hiking socks and I especially like these black ones better than the gray ones I have because they're lighter weight and still keep my feet warm and protected in the places that are vulnerable to blisters. I also really love the arch support. I have idiopathic peripheral neuropathy and have no feeling in my feet and partial paralysis in my toes so I rely on really good socks to prevent from getting blisters.

It will work in the larger size; but you will forget and buy both socks and shoes too large.
