Nice lighting

Bring back the incandescent bulb!
Bring back the incandescent bulb! We purchased this to replace a globe bulb in a hanging fixture over a dining table. In particular I wanted an incandescent bulb and I appreciate the softer lighting of the Edison bulb for nighttime ambience. it is much healthier for light signaling to the eye at night than the brighter LED bulbs that also give off an unnatural hue even when they try to balance the colors in the spectrum they project. The rush to save energy has been done carelessly and at the expense of human health. Using warm bulbs with more of an orange to red coloring is healthier at night. when candles are not an option, (and beeswax ones provide healthier air quality than petroleum-basedones), I think a warm incandescent bulb is the way to go. Daylight is healthier by day. anyone who wants to use LED should probably consider looking into therapeutic, properly balanced LED lighting. People have no idea of the health problems they are creating in the name of “saving the planet.“ The pollution generated by the medical system as a result of the damage of this lighting will far outweigh the energy savings of switching from incandescent. Not to mention issues about making and disposing of LED lights.

Not bright
I really thought we would get decent light out of this bulb but we don’t. I don’t think i would buy it again. It does look awesome in my light fixture. Maybe I just ordered the wrong one.

Perfect Glow
The bulbs give off the perfect amount of light with the perfect glow. Very stylish in its modern sense but vintage form. The bulbs definitely set the mood for the room.

Interesting bulb for feature light
Have a tall skinny lamp above and behind my computer that needed a bulb that was less glaring and somewhat interesting. This was perfect.

Long lasting and looks great
Seems odd to write a review for a lightbulb, but this is truly great! It looks very cool on my simple, industrial lamp (no shade, so you can see the bulb), has a nice warm/yellow glow and is still going strong 6-months later.

Big beautiful bulb, if used in the right location
Really like the look of this bulb. Unfortunately, I can't use it as planned. It emits a soft light but the bulb is too bright to be at eye level without a shade. I don't have it on a dimming lamp. It is great for ceiling height or if you can turn down the brightness or use a shade, but who wants to use a shade with such a cool bulb?

Very orange
The bulb looks nice but I find it to be too dim and the light is very warm. Almost has an orange tinge. Will probably find a new bulb but for now it works.

Long Lasting
Good quality bulb, long lasting and very bright for this vintage style. Does get warm quickly, so it may not be the best with a fabric lampshade over it. (pictured next to standard water bottle for size comparison)

Perfect for a soft light in our bedroom
We have no ceiling light in our bedroom but one of the light switches that controls a power point. We have set this up to a simple pendant that is hanging over the end of the curtain rod. This globe is not bright, but that is what we wanted. For a light without a shade in the bedroom this is a great option. Also like the size and shape - looks nicer than a regular bulb.

Arrived intact during holidays
It's a lightbulb, it lights up, I'd consider that a win. Arrived intact. It's not too bright and gives a warm light in the room in the day and especially at night. I wouldn't use it for a scientific environment but it's great for look and feel and making a room more cozy. Doesn't really seem like a cheap super bright light. Looks nice too.
