It helped my coarse, curly hair

I did notice a difference between using this product and not using it. In blowing out my hair, the process was easier and quicker. Using a dab of it after I was done helped keep the frizz down too. Note, I am a man and grew my hair out during the pandemic. But my hair was always "bulky" even after trying to blow it out and use a flat iron. This product did make a difference and I would keep using it.

This works!

Really works! I have fine very curly, very frizzy hair, and not much works to change that, but this actually does help. It's still not like commercial model straight, but it's better than anything else I've tried. Just don't try to take it through security at the airport. It's too big and will be confiscated. I am ordering more, so that should say it all right there.

I was liking this product over other brands that were't as healthy. I thought that by using this product that I would be able to flat iron my hair with no issues. However, I did develop frizzy and fried hair eventually after months of use. So I stopped using this product and stopped straightening my hair. I now use the 50:50 shampoo and silky conditioner by the same maker and frizz be gone all by Giovanni and do not straighten my hair. My hair is not stick straight but with the above combination, my hair is silky, bouncy clean and not frizzy anymore.

My favorite hair gel

I purchased this gel for my boyfriend who was trying to get away from gels that have so many chemicals and dry out his hair. Even though this says its a "straightening elixir" we tried it anyway at a whole foods market. We immediately fell in love with this product. It left his hair soft, not hard and flaky like the other non-natural brands, and his hair was shiny and sleek. He is now hooked and the fact that it "straightens"...well we never noticed a thing. We were afraid it may make his hair pin straight but it didn't. It jus defrosted it nicely and you only need a smidge. It's slightly cheaper here on Amazon and there's a better deal for the three packs. Worth the investment.

not as good as the last one...

there must have been a change since the last time I bought "Straight fast" I'm disappointed. It still 'works' but not like it used to - it had such a great look and was the only product I used... now... not so... :( plus this time I bought a two pack hoping to not run out for a long time, since I can't find it anywhere in stores.

Great organic option

It's not perfect but it's the best I've found for my thick curly frizzy hair that's organic. I still have to use a flat iron but it's less work than without the gel. It smells great but is a bit sticky, as I'd expect. It does last for a day or two without washing.

Works great as a leave-in conditioner.

Bought this after a dermatologist recommended it. I bought this for using as a leave in conditioner; not for straightening. As a leave in conditioner, it works like a charm. Comes handy whenever you are on the go amd do not have much time for conditioning hair in the shower. Very little product is enough for single use, so it will last for a very long time. Great purchase!

Good anti-frizz leave in conditioner

I would recommend this product for frizzy hairs. I use it as a leave in conditioner in my wet hair.You can tell the difference as soon as you apply the product. I lost a lot of hair while removing the knots after a hair wash due to the frizziness, but this definitely helped me reduced the amount of hair loss. It's a good anti-frizz product

It's not a straightening gel by itself. It can be used when heat styling. It does make hair feel smooth and has a very mild fragrance but doesn't work when there is high humidity

It's just and okay product.Does nothing with hair straightening thing.Makes your hair soft and manageable before blow-drying.Good heat protection.It contains a lot of silicones which are not water soluble,so shampoo is required.
