good product flimsy cap

Works okay, but you still have to wipe the film of residue off at the end of the job - once you do that it keeps the cooktop sparkling clean. The cap on the bottle broke the very first time. It is not the proper cap for a grainy liquid inside. This should be a much heavier duty cap. Probably saves about 5 cents for the manufacturer. Bummer.

does not work at all for old baked on stains on enamel

Our house came with a gas stovetop that has a steel enamel finish that had old, baked on stains. We have tried a lot of things, and most recently we tried this product. While this product may work on new glass and enamel stovetops before the stains have a chance to be baked on, it didn’t touch these older messes.

It works well!

It does a good job cleaning smooth top electric stoves! Are used it on one that had been poorly cleaned by tenants and had grind that was there for years. It did a pretty good job though I didn’t remove everything. I really bought this for my brand new stove. I recommend getting that no scratch scrubbing pads that are specifically for stoves too.

Great Product... Works Great!!

The first bottle worked so well I bought a second. I use this product on my Frigidaire electric range. Its about one year old now and still looks like new. Cleans great if you use it as directed. I scrape my glass cook top with a razor first. Get as much of the cooked on spills off as I can using a damp wash cloth or surface cleaner first then finish the job with ReadyClean... perfect every time! Highly recommend this product.

It works, but it isn't magic. The problem is once you put it on and start scrubbing you can't see where you really need to be scrubbing. It does work though. I might buy again.

Work but worth it

I hadn't used proper cleaner on my stove top before. So I thought it would make the cleaning simpler. It still turned out to be a multi step process, but perhaps I'm doing it wrong. The bottle said to buff with a cloth. That didn't do anything really. I had to use a green scratch pad with this to get it smooth. I then followed up with a wet paper towel to rinse all the yuck off and then dried it with a clean paper towel. More work than expected but it's shinier than I've seen it since I moved here a year ago. Schweet. ????

cleans well

Cleans my range top very well however you need to polish it well to get the streaks out. But it looks amazing when finished.
