Great light....eats batteries
I could have bought this light 5 times over already with the amount we spend on batteries....it runs out like every other week and needs another set of 4. We have put up with it though because it is a nice light. Simple enough for my toddler to use without attracting her to play with the outlets like the plugin kind did. I like that it's just one switch on the back for warm to light and the on off button on the front. Not too much to play with. 30 minute sleep timer can not be turned off, which is perfect for us.

Sometimes at night when I get up I need to get in my office for something so I like to keep a light in here so I don't have to turn the lights on and this was the perfect answer. It creates a nice soft but still bright enough light to be able to read a paper or find something in the dark room. Soft Gentle Glow
This battery operated light provides a nice soft glow. There are options for either amber light or white kight. Brightness can be adjusted by tapping the button on the front. That button also powers the light on and off. There is a switch on the back where color choice is made. The battery compartment is on the back. It requires four AA batteries, not included. The instructional sheet is helpful. I like this light especially the amber setting. It makes a good night lught. The light is not heavy and can easily be transported for camping or other activity. The case is hard plastic. Nice.

Portable and flexible light when dim lights are preferred
Neat little battery operated light. At it's full brightness, it allows you to make out shapes in a room and read if you're closeby. The light itself (amber or white) has an opaque cover, so it's kind of a dithered glow rather than a more harsh crystal clear light. At it's brightest, the amber light is...well, orange. But the nice thing about the white or amber is that you can dim them - from 5% to full 100% of the light, as you desire. One last thing to mention - the pictures don't quite reflect reality when the light is on. For example, the picture showing the dimensions of the unit and the amber light is on, to me it looks like the center of the light is darker than the surrounding areas; this is actually the opposite of what it looks like. The bulb is in the middle (which is very obvious when it's at 100%), and the middle is much brighter than the surrounding area. If you dim it a bit, it looks a bit more even, though. All in all, it's a nice little table-top light and/or night light. Be sure to get 4 AA batteries, though. They're not included.

Inexpensive, useful light that has many uses
My husband has been buying night lights recently, and they actually are more useful that I thought they would be. I saw this Enbrighten White Finish Tabletop Sleep Light, Battery Operated, Dimmable, Amber Glow and thought it would be a good addition. I really like the two light settings as sometimes I want a white light but not at night; I prefer an amber light at night. Not only that, this light allows you to dim either one for the perfect brightness. I’ve used this light in several places, and I like them everywhere I’ve tried it. You can also mount it on the wall. The fixture is plastic and light. This is a fairly inexpensive, useful light that has many uses. Recommend.
