No powder puff
I liked the powder. It was slightly light for me and I am usually the lightest. It does not come with a powder puff which I thought was strange so I had to buy a powder puff to use with it.

Perfect coverage level
Not too heavy, not too light coverage wise. I bought a slight darker shade than my skin and it’s perfect! Makes me look sun-kissed. Can’t tell I’m even wearing anything. Absolutely buying more! Buy it, you won’t regret it. I was not paid to write this review either :)

Delicate
Super lightweight and full coverage, but the press was extremely delicate and broke apart in a week. Now it spills everywhere and it annoys me. Amazing for the coverage but definately not for travel

Powder went everywhere
I have been a cream foundation person for the past few years, but wanted to give this a shot. If liquid is too heavy, this gives an almost dusty effect. I think this is just a matter of style/taste as the powder effect doesn't do much for me. The coverage is there, but in a dusted-on way. The powder in the container often gets everywhere, when I open to apply it which is mildly annoying. I will return back to the compact cream foundation.

Great coverage but just doesn't last
I haven't picked up a foundation generally in several years now, but since I've been struggling with some skin issues as of late I had the desire to add a bit of coverage on days where I feel like I really need it. At first I was really impressed with the overall coverage and lightweight feeling of this foundation, and it has a creamier texture as well as opposed to being chalky. The finish is okay, not 100% the best I've tried but it's fine for the money as I didn't feel like splurging on something else currently. But the unfortunately worst aspect of this foundation is the lasting power. I set my face really well with setting spray, but that doesn't seem to prevent this foundation from breaking up on the lower half of my face for some reason. It looks pretty badly textured by the end of the day and I am a little too eager to get home to take off my makeup. I've only had this powder for a few days as of this review and I fully intent to keep trying some different product combinations to see if I can get this to work better, but my expectations aren't exactly high. I want this to work because I enjoy elf products and it's a very affordable foundation, but I'd probably pass on this one in the future and not repurchase even if I continue to use it for the time being.

I love E.L.F.
I love ELF products. They are a good value and an extremely decent product. Kinda hard to order color correctly on line, but fortunately can reorder another shade.

If they make your shade
This product is great if you can find the right shade. I actually have to mix 2 that are *supposed* to be only 1 shade apart but they are wildly different

It's good...
I can honestly say, I like the foundation powder because it is E.L.F., and I really like the price. Unfortunately, I have adult acne - so, coverage is important to me along with a matte finish since I have oily skin. This does cover really well, and it does leave a matte finish for most of the day. I usually have to pat down my face after 6 hours of wear, but I never have to reapply (which is really nice). I also find that this does NOT break me out. I have hormonal acne. Other than that, I will continue to buy! Hope this helps future buyers!

Go darker
This.. speaks for its self I went for the nearest looking shade I normally go for in other brands.. I look like I’m in fancy dress AND it’s patchy. Go darker than you think or try in an actual store. I’m miffed off… only thing I’m happy about? I made my mum jump when I snuck up on her looking like this.. sorry mum but you were the one that said look for the silver lining in life.

This is a Heavy powder!
Now this stuff is ok...for me it seems to cake up easily when a applying so it's put me off as I like a quick and easy routine...BUT if you have bigger pores like me and want a nice even coverage then this is a great powder...when I did use it it was a great full on cover...its just to much for me on a day to day...would use it if going out out...and it does come up lighter so just bare that in mind...

Great if used with a light hand
As long as you don’t pack this on in one thick layer (rather, apply multiple thinner layers up to desired coverage) this is probably one of the best Powder foundations I’ve ever used. It doesn’t break up on my skin throughout the day like all others do, and is great over liquids and creams as well. Very versatile, I can even use it under my under eyes (which can be quite dry) with minimal tl no texture appearing even when smiling.

fake advertisement
i saw on the models where the shade was on their arm that this shade would be the most suitable for my skin tone and to add on to that the shade advertised seemed like it would be for a darker skin tone however I think it's more suitable for mixed people. I got like 4 shades lighter than I thought this would be and at first I thought they gave me the wrong shade. update: got the shade deep 530 w and its still way too light. looks like the first shade on the second models arm. I really need a refund

Great for oily skin
Great product. Was sceptical after seeing reviews but curiosity got the better of me. Worried the shade would be too dark/orange when I first opened the packaging. Didn’t even entertain using the rubbish sponge it comes with. Skin prep is key - serum and moisturise before applying any powder. Went straight in using a normal foundation brush and tapped it in rather than sweeping across my face. Wow. Perfect shade for me. Not drying. Not crusty. Doesn’t migrate into fine lines/wrinkles. Lasts all day and shade doesn’t change colour throughout the day.
