Very nice boots

Was a little worried when I ordered my boots because they don’t make half sizes but I’m a 10.5 went with the size 10 and it’s a perfect fit not to tight not to loose very comfortable I highly recommend

Comfy, cool shoe, offers no water resistence and runs large.

These are a good indoor, boot that look nice and are fairly comfortable. I wear them outdoors, on my bike in cold weather and with 2x wool socks they manage to be pretty warm. Indoors they are breathable and comfortable. What they don't do so well is wear well for walking, especially in wet weather. They offer almost no water resistance, and they run large. Even with big wool socks on I find my foot just sloshes around inside and my heel moves this way and that, so that after a few miles I can start to feel blisters forming.

Excellent boot, Excellent Price

I can't find any faults with these boots. Doc Martens offers a few chukka boot styles with the Bonny Chukka boots being the most durable with leather reinforcements, a heavier sole and thicker canvas. Best 90 bucks I've ever spent on shoes.

Comfortable every day boots

I wear these for work and I think they’re super comfortable. I cover 2-3 miles a day and combined with some new insoles I rarely find my feet hurting. I haven’t waxed them to be water proofed but they’ll hold off a drizzle on their own but a puddle past the sole will still wet your socks. My biggest complaint and reason for 4 stars is the traction, I find myself slipping/sliding in situations where I need more grip and has led to some near miss injuries. So be mindful of your work environment but these boots are also comfortable enough for every day wear and a classic style

Love it!

This is really the best shoe I've had in a long time. With most shoes, the soles are too thin, and I am sensitive to that because my plantar faciae are worn down. The soles on the Bonny model are about average, so I needed to double up on the insoles, which I'd have to do for any other shoe. That's why I can't count that against them. The outer soles are nice and sturdy, they seem to be made of a composite of plastic. I work in retail, and they can slip if I'm in a hurry, but where the Bonny model really shines is on concrete. I went for a run in the freezing cold around the parking lot. I could feel every bit of the ground, and I could tell the shoe had good friction. The shoe also cleans easily. I get a lot of mud in my car and on my shoes because I park in a yard. It's easy to take a tissue, spit on it, and wipe off some dirt. It cleans right up! The mud gets stuck in the trenches of the outer sole, but that's ok because those bumps are important to grip each step. But what is way cool, and the thing that sold me on this was the look. I wanted to get some docs, and was looking at the classic, but when I saw the Bonny, I had to have it. And it is either an amazing shoe or a self-fulfilling prophecy, you decide. Other good things are the fit for my foot, the strong laces, the flawless stitching around the sole, and the weight, which is not too light but not too heavy. I can't wear a heavy shoe, but I do like steel toes. If they made a Bonny in a steel toe, I'd have to mail them my first born or something. But then Dr. Martin would have to shoe my, excuse me, their new child with steel toe Bonnys, which they don't make. Maybe that would be part of the deal, I hadn't thought it through. But why would I really care if my firstborn got docs anyway? It's not my problem anymore! Yeah, I probably won't ask for the firstborn to get docs, it seems superflous. I need mine though, a Bonny, with a steel toe. And, a firstborn...

Comfortable

First pair of Dr Martin’s ever had.Suffer with aching and painful feet but these are stunning to wear,so comfortable.And they drew attention,very nice to look at.

Great boots... Strange little pieces inside

Very comfortable, great looking boots. Amazing value for the price of them. However, I've owned these for several months now and little bits of something plastic or rubber keep coming up from inside, feels like I'm walking on fine gravel all the time. I empty them and an hour or so later there's more. Very very annoying to have to stop working and empty them several times a day just for comfort's sake.
