Fit large bike
It still a bit loose but needed a additnal strap to keep it from shifting when riding

I love this seat.
We've had this since our daughter was old enough to ride with us, and I highly recommend it if you are in the market for a rack mount seat. She's a smallish kiddo, so this seat has lasted. She still "fits" as a six year old, although she will be reaching the weight limit on it soon. PROS: -- Easy to swap between bikes. We started out with two 26" Specialized Hardrocks (mine was the smaller frame,) appropriately rated rear racks, and the EasyFit adaptors. Moving the seat between bikes was simple. I usually convinced Daddy to take the kiddo. It only seemed fair. I carried her *in my body,* after all. -- Comfy and durable materials. The seat is made out of a foam that is similar to that of a Crocs shoe. It doesn't soak up water. It wipes clean. The squish is Goldilocks. The holes in the seat do a good job of providing ventilation. -- Built in wheel skirt. The seat has a nice "flange" to it, and it's part of the seat. Prior to our buying this, Grandma found a deal on a different used seat at a consignment sale. The problem? No integrated wheel skirt. I would have had to DIY something because that piece had been lost along the way. CONS: -- High center of gravity. This is an issue with any rear mount seat. Our Yepp days on the Hardrocks were pretty much done when Kiddo got above 30 pounds. It was just too much weight too high up. I recently got a Tern GSD (20 inch wheels,) and we are back to being a bike family. The lower center of gravity makes a world of difference. As does the pedal assist. :-) -- Foot restraints are easy for little feet to wiggle out of. Kiddo had a habit of pulling her foot out of the foot restraint and kicking Daddy on his bottom when he wasn't going fast enough. -- Barrel lock is cumbersome. I don't know who made that design choice, but a barrel key lock is unwieldy on a key chain. I lost our keys and had to order a new set from Holland. (This was prior to the partnership with Thule.) It would be nice if the Thule lock cylinders could be swapped in. -- Straps could use a sternum buckle. This was a bit of an issue when Kiddo was a one year old, and I was a nervous new mom. I scavenged a sternum buckle off of a carseat that had been left on the curb, but the way the Yepp's straps are constructed meant that I couldn't thread it on. TIPS: -- Get a double kickstand. You aren't going to get a kid in this thing without it, even if you have two people wrangling. -- The Easyfit Carrier XL does not work. You are not going to carry panniers and the Yepp seat. The bike will be far too heavy in the back. If it is just you and the baby, plan on putting the diaper bag in a front basket. CONCLUSION: I would absolutely buy this seat again. And I would even buy a second one if I found a deal. We are a one child family, but it would be nice to give a friend or a cousin a ride now that I've got the pedal assist.

Feels great, can't wait to ride with it
It's so expensive I did have to dock a star, especially since I needed to buy a rack adapter for it to fit on my bike. It does look really cool, and I was able to run a zip tie through the shoulder strap spot not being used so I could hang my flashing rear light. Thule makes a light that does fit on the back for like $30, but it seemed to be lacking blinking options in the reviews. Overall I purchased this for safety and if I purchase a cargo bike I can mount 2 of these on the back. Also the Thule Yepp Maxi is around 10 pounds the Thule Yepp Nexxt is supposed to around half that weight, which is something to consider as all racks have a weight limit. I really like the comfort level added to this seat over our previous seat which was a hard plastic Co pilot that had a thin layer of padding. The 5 point harness is a huge step up in safety over the copilot that my 2 year old son had started sliding down the plastic chest harness you slide up to be level with the armpits so the straps are over the shoulder, and then he would slide his arms out from under it like he was climbing out his car seat... Now he would still be strapped in, but really only at the waist now, this design is far superior for that safety. The buckle is more secure with 2 areas you need to press on to open. And the foot rests are adjustable! Perfect for my taller than average 2 year old. The foot straps I like more on the co pilot, they utilized velcro which is a perfect snug fit for those ever changing foot sizes, even worked with sandals. The thule uses like a belt style strap with holes about an inch apart, I anticipate they will work out just fine as there are numerous glowing reviews for this seat. I am still waiting for my seat adapter to put it on the bike, but my kid climbed right in the seat while I held it. Also I like the multiple reflectors on the back of the thule seat. I'll find a way to secure my flashing rear light as I did with the co pilot, which was done with a zip tie through the extra shoulder strap harness I wasn't using. It is a tad on the heavy side, but so is my kid at 30 pounds... I'm not trying to win any races with this setup... Pros: Comfort, safety, peace of mind.. Cons: Expensive, over twice the price of my co pilot (which lap bar broke after years of use and abuse... And I wanted a more secure harness). Foot straps aren't my favorite but should be fine. Doesn't just fit on any rack, may need the adapter for around $50, or thule rack for around $70. It was all the reviews about safety and countless bike stores/websites that mention the Thule Yepp Maxi. I only wish there were more color options, neon safety green please. I thought orange hid the reflectors a bit so I went for blue.

Super safe and comfortable
Awesome seat, fits my 3.5 year old who is average size. It fits perfect on the back rack of my E-Bike. Unfortunately my bike took a slide when I hit a hidden curb on a gravel path. On the bright side, my son only sustained a small scratch on his elbow on that fall! Scary incident but felt reassured that the seat is safe. Excellent service from seller and decent delivery time despite the challenges of Canada Post during COVID.

Beware of safety for child
Absolutely horrible construction and lack of direction. Needed two more pieces for my bike because it doesn't fit a standard north american bike. Doesn't meet the safety requirements for my bike because it doesn't fit the shaft of a standard bike. They fail to mention you need two more pieces in addition to the seat, which adds up to 600$+ with the seat. The most annoying and frustrating piece to deal with all summer. And I haven't even been able to use it.

Good seat, requires adapter.
Great seat, on the expensive side, but it works well with an additional carrier adapter. 4 stars because it did not fit my stock luggage rack, clearance between rack and tire fender was too small despite having right dimensions.

De los mejores
Asiento de muy buena calidad, tiene excelente sujeción. Algo pesado pero se ve resistente.
