Well-made shirt, snaps a bit too easy to open

This denim shirt by Goodthreads is decently well-made, but comes with a few downsides. I got a size medium (I am 5'7", 152 lb, size 8-10) and I would say the sizing chart is accurate, although the cut of this shirt is on the boxy/masculine side. The denim material is actually a lot more substantial than I realized. It also smelled heavily upon opening the package, so I made sure to wash it before wearing it. The material is not the most comfortable due to its weight, but it felt alright throughout the day. The main issue I had with the shirt is that the snaps in the front are WAY too easy to rip open. I would NOT recommend wearing this as your only shirt since the snaps were frequently coming undone with minimal effort. Wearing an undershirt underneath is the way to go. Still, if you like the masculine styling, this shirt is quite nicely made and can work well as an over shirt or layering piece.

Fits tight but nice shirt

I ordered a medium which is my usual size. I washed the shirt before I wore it per the instructions. Also the shirt had an odd odor so I would have washed it anyway. I can button it up but it fits close, I'll probably use it as an overshirt with a t-shirt underneath. The fabric is very nice, thick, and didn't wrinkle up in the wash and the blue color is beautiful. The only real negatives are the tight fit and the odor (which did wash out).

Stretchy

Definitely a great shirt that is light, stretchy, not see through, not scratchy, a tiny bit short on the sleeves, form fitting so order size up for comfort. This is perfect for all seasons but definitely shrinks a little after being washed.

Adorable and great fit

I'm generally a large in most clothing however I tagged a medium on accident, but it still fits very well. I generally have larger shoulders but the medium accommodates them and I still have room to do normal activities in this shirt. The material is a little flexible and comfortable, both wins in my book.

boxy fit

I like the shirt but I don’t really like how it looks. It stretches quite a bit and it’s comfortable. I think this would be better under a vest to give it a more fitted look and to accentuate anything other than the boxiness. I think the quality is good and the snaps are easy to use. no gaping button issues.

looks great, solid material, washes and dries well.

I love this shirt, it's a classic styles that won't go out of fashion. The material is solid and sturdy. It's well stitched and washed and dried in the machine well. It does have a strong smell, I am assuming from the indigo dye. Make sure to wash it with darks because it will leak color.
