Not very powerful

It's a good size but I was expecting a stronger massager. I don't regret buying it but it certainly isn't on a level with their other products. I don't like the choice of colours either. At best, it's a fun shower addition but I hope Foreo have a rethink and come up with something more robust for the money.

Interesting over-priced body brush/exfoliating scrubber, works well for too much $$

FOREO Luna 4 Body Brush - Exfoliating Body Scrubber - Premium Lymphatic Drainage Skincare Innovative exfolating body scrubber, programmed to promote lymphatic drainage, which I feel can be achieved by non-mechanical methods if so desired, wooden gua sha comes to mind, although this mechanical scrubber is fun and nice to use and all the different pulses get the skin exfoliated along with some massaging which is nice. Hard to rationalize the price, although the unit does work and is decently strong. Your results may vary, I find this scrubber ambitious and innovative, but for the price, not sure it's worth it, would like it more for what I feel is a more realistic price. Skin felt nice and smooth after use, btw! Very relaxing, too!

Interesting and Unique

This body brush is definitely something I didn't think I needed. It is super soft, and it does a good job lathering up the body wash once you take a moment to work it around. The massage settings are really wonderful, there are 8 settings with varying levels of intensity. Taking your time, they really work to relax muscles, and make my skin smooth. I found especially easy to mold the nubs around my cheekbones and eyes, and I was really happy about the way I felt after I took some time with that type of massage action. The silicone was very easy to clean, and I found the thinks that stick up to be easy to clean between with a quick swipe under hot water so I don't see this getting moldy or collecting soap in the crevasses. The battery life is great. The cost is something to consider, I can't see why this needs to be priced so high so that is why I removed a star (for value) but that being said, this is a great luxury product or special gift for sure.

Not quite the "sonic" massage I was hoping for.

I charged the scrubber with the supplied cord and waited for the light to stop flashing to indicate that it was fully charged before I even tried to use it. The bristles are a bit small and body wash tends to get trapped in them and you really have to work at it to get that bit to lather up into bubbles. The motor that is located internally that vibrates is closest to the lanyard, so that is where most of the vibration can be felt. It would nice if the charging port were a newer style USB C type or even the magnetic "pads" that are on some devices. This charging port is open with no cover or plug to keep it dry whatsoever. The silicone is a bit thin also. On the highest vibration setting the motor tends to make a hollow flopping sound against the silicone cover. The cost is much too high for what it really is. I'm not super impressed with it, but it does do the job albeit with a little more manual labor than I would have hoped to use.

Takes some getting used to

I have used the exfoliating gloves for years, so this definitely feels very different. I like that it vibrates, and it does lather up very well. It's also a little odd to use something that has electricity in it in the shower.....times are changing for sure. The charge stays very well, I'm not sure I will give up on the gloves, but this is a nice addition to the shower routine.

My daughter ❤️’s it⭐️

I need someone to explain why this is $149.00 because I don’t get it. I gave it to my daughter, who loves it. I asked her why it cost so much, and she said the brand is a must-have. WHAT DOES THAT MEAN? I’m going to give it 4 ⭐️’s because my daughter likes the way it cleans & exfoliates her skin. She did mention that you should apply the body wash to your skin and then use the body scrubber. She uses it every day and says it’s helped rid the dry spots from the back of her arms. It is a bit pricey, which is a huge factor when I choose a product. I would never pay this for a body scrub device, but my 24-year-old daughter and her friends do.

Good for facial cleansing

This exfoliating brush has eight settings (can't tell which setting you are on), and there is not much difference between any of the settings. This cleaned my face pretty good and I finished my shower while using this as well. I could have done the same thing with a good exfoliating shower brush or sponge. This is way too expensive for what it does (what does it do again?). It feels good in hand and the vibration of the bristles makes my face feel like it's getting a deep cleanse. Maybe a light display that tells you what level you are on; or even a timer that give you a specified time and then you change to another site.

i dont see whats so amazing

are you kiddiing me? at the price of this thing it should give me a full body massage while im in the shower. im seriously disappointed in this expensive gadget. its heavier than i like, has no cover over the charging port so water just gets in there and it does nothing amazing. it has micro vibrations at different intensities that are underwhelming to say the least. the lather doesnt stay on well and you have to still scrub the heck out of your body to feel any difference. ive used it 4 times now and have not noticed one single improvement with my skin. why is this thing priced so high? i dont understand and i dont recommend.

Awful

I come to this as an existing Foreo customer. I have had a Luna device for my face for a few years and I love it. This particular product on the other hand is a total waste of money. The Luna 4 comes in a plastic case with a set of instructions that are so small you are likely to need a magnifying glass if you want to read them without becoming cross-eyed. The only other thing in the box is a USB cable for charging. Like their other products it seems to be well made and good quality and with a good battery life (my old facial model still only needs charging every 6-8 weeks.) The problem with this Luna 4 is that it's just really poorly designed. It has a built in wrist cord that isn't really big enough to go around the wrist whilst still allowing a good range of movement making it very awkward on those hard to reach areas. The device itself is really too small to hold comfortably (again, particularly in those hard to reach areas) and for a device that is to cover the area of a human body, it's smaller than the device to cover the face. The entire body is covered in silicone, so great for hygiene and waterproofing, but without a bit of texture around the edges, very diffic5ult to keep firm hold of when wet, let alone when soapy and wet. Because it's so small, coupled with the non-stick nature of the silicone, I found that i wad to constantly reapply soap pretty much after each limb, or I had to wash myself by hand or with a sponge to make sure I was coated in soap before using. Again, not entirely helpful, or speedy. The sonic apparently has 8 intensity settings, but even on the highest intensity it's got less power than the facial model, it also has much softer and longer bristles, so they flex and absorb much of the sonic making it far more like a mild tickle than anything that is going to do the work for you. The other issue, the sonic work on the same system as the facial cleaners (and sonic toothbrushes) they pulse every 30 seconds and then (after 2 minutes usually) switch off. For teeth or the face, it's quite easy to split up the small area into four quadrants, but it's much harder to do with an area the size of a body, so between having to keep reapplying soap and changing grip (along with picking it up every time it slipped out of my grasp) I had need to keep turning it back on to try and finish. In all what would usually take a couple of minutes with a sponge or loofah ended up taking 6-7 minutes with the Luna 4 and left me feeling less than fully cleaned. So the theory is great, but it needs to be larger, with better grip surfaces, less flexible bristles and ditching (or at least extending) the auto shut-off. As it is, don't waste your money.

Beautifuly soft, clean skin

I picked this up after the Mrs got a smaller one for her face and said it left her skin soft and very clean. This is very easy to use but you will have to charge it when it arrives before 1st use. They include a little round usb connector and when charging it will flash blue on the back. When charged it is very easy to use, just click the power button and + / - to adjust the vibration intensity and pattern. There are 8 to choose from so it will work for tough and sensitive areas. It's best tonuse in the shower with soap or shower gel. Exfoliating scrubs are not a good idea as they'll damage the coating. The hairs are made from silicone and coated in the same material. It's far more hygienic than nylon and prevents bacteria growth. It is also 100% waterproof so can be used in the bath or shower. Performance wise this is amazing. I didn't think it would make that much difference to my skin, but i've seen a reduction in spots and dry tough skin, and generally my skin feels more soft and less itchy. The Mrs has also tried it and was over the moon we got it. Which i took as being this could also make for a good gift. This is a luxury item but well worth it in terms of how your skin will feel. Body contouring adaptive T-Sonic massage shower brush

The media could not be loaded. FOREO is a Swedish company boasting big things and have been mentioned in a few big named glossy magazines. This FOREO LUNA 4 body brush claims to boost micro circulation, relax muscles and improve lymphatic drainage to expel skin toxins. Claims to remove 99.5% of skin impurities and remove dead skin cells and more. It feels extremely nice in the hand, very soft to touch and also feels well made. The silicone touch-points are very soft. One is advised to download the FOREO app to register one’s two year warranty. One is advised against using clay based, silicon based or grainy cleansers, exfoliants or scrubs with this device. Press and hold down both - & + before first switch on. Wet skin, apply standard shower gel / soap of one’s choice. Switch on the LUNA 4 and work in circles over the body. - it’s that simple. I past mine to a family member who experiences bumpy skin and they say they have seen a slight reduction in it, it’s early days but it has not made the situation any worse. 8 variable settings, just find what works for you. This little device really does get going on full Happy to recommend. Ideal gift for self or others

Pricey Luxury

Now there is no denying that this is very pricey for what it is, but for those who like to treat themselves every so often to the newest beauty gadget, it’s definitely worth a try. The product itself looks good, I love the teal/tan combo, and it definitely feels like a luxury product. It’s quite small in size, but it makes handling it much easier, particularly for small hands like mine. There is an app to download which I was expecting a lot of functionality with it but it’s a waste of time, all you do is register the device! It would have been nice to be able to change the settings for different areas etc. There is buttons on the top to change the speed of the vibration, however I do find that I caught these a few times along with the off switch. The vibration is a little strange to start with but by the time I reached my face and neck I really enjoyed it, my skin felt clean and I felt that it definitely helped reduce tension in my shoulders, I will be interested to try this product post workout. Overall, nice product but not sure if it’s worth the price tag unfortunately!

Not impressed & overpriced. But beautifully designed.

The media could not be loaded. Hmmm… At first, it is too cute and nice to use with water, or use it at all. I have few concerns about this product. It has 8 power modes but it is impossible to know which power mode you are using when you press either plus or minus. An indicator would have helped. I understand it has a minimalistic Scandinavian design which does not presuppose a lot of button or add ons. But I would have helped really. Also, i did not feel any difference between the power modes unfortunately. In addition, it is hugely overpriced for the quality of the functionality. And finally, after my first use with a cleanser i did not feel anything. In simple terms. Nothing special. It only massages / vibrates slightly loudly and thats it really. I wish i had more positive things to say about this product because it really looks and feels incredibly nice. Light, nicely designed and portable, and good quality product. You would be better off using just a normal manual exfoliating skin brush really. Hence, my verdict, 2 stars.
