Amazing shoe but the size chart isn’t helpful

My street shoe size is 8 in women’s and I have a narrow foot. I went by the size chart and got a size 8 1/2 and the shoes fit a little loose.

Good quality

These are cute and work well. But I needed to size up. Too narrow and tight. We needed narrow, so sizing up worked well.

Fav jazz shoe

These shoes are my daughters favorite jazz shoes. They fit is good and comfortable. She also likes the look of these vs some other jazz shoes that may seem a bit more chunky. These look sleek and not bulky. These are not the same sizing as street shoes. For sure go up 1-2 sizes from street size shoes.

Order two sizes up from street shoe

I wear a 7.5 street shoed and I ordered a 9.5....they fit me perfectly. They aren't too tight or too loose. I have always used dance paws or ballet shoes, so I wasn't sure how the soles of these would function on the wooden floors in the dance studio. They are awesome! They let me spin so easy....way easier than the ballet shoes and dance paws. They are not slippery at all! I don't have to worry about my feet slipping out from under me if I don't have all my weight completely over the foot. That is a relief. My character shoes were so slippery and I was worried about these...but no, they are perfect for spins and everything else. The heel doesn't bother me. I wasn't sure how it would change my balance or movement, but it's no problem. It also doesn't cause any unsteadiness in my ankle. That is awesome. I really like these shoes. They are perfect for practice and workshops in weird places with weird floors.

Be sure to buy 1/2 to 1 size larger.

I originally bought my current shoe size and should have read the suggestion of buying 1/2 to 1 size up. I sent back the original size and ordered 1/2 size up. Still a little short but are ok. The leather is nice and I particularly like that it has a non rubber sole. We practice sometimes on carpeted floors and this allow us to make turns and spin without the soles catching. It also works well on hardwood floors. The leather upper is very soft and since I have a narrow foot, I ordered narrow. The narrow fits quite well. I would recommend this shoe.

Good shoe

Had to replace my daughter's pair as the dog ate them..lol I ordered a half of size bigger than she was currently wearing and the was too big around the ankle but fit her foot. Strange but we will keep them.

Runs a whole size small

Fits Small, But Comfortable

I ordered these for my Sweet Adelines chorus - most reviews said they ran true to size. WRONG. I ordered 1/2 size up and probably could go another 1/2 size up for comfort. Once these wear out and I get another pair, I'll probably go up a full size, from 7 to 8.

Size is tricky

Received the shoes in good condition though was expecting it to be in a boxed (previous experiences for buying jazz shoes, are boxed) Sizing is too loose, like WIDE but since dd needs immediately- we just put double liner. Otherwise, a value for money product

make sure you size up your normal shoe size at least 1 size.

I used these for a storytelling performance, where I had to be quick on my feet. They were comfortable and elegant. Raving here!!!

Can’t beat that

Haven’t danced in them yet, but on first try on, pretty happy with the quality. I’m usually a 7/7.5 and I ordered an 8 and it fits perfectly.

Narrow fit

Have bought these dance shoes throughout the years for my daughter. You definitely have to size up 1.5 to 2 sizes than what you regularly measure (UK size) .

Reliable dance shoe

I have used this brand of shoes for years. They last long and are great value for money
