Give it a shot
This surprised me. At first glance, I was not impressed. After using it for a few days, I found it comfortable and sturdy. I experienced a similar issue as another reviewer, where I couldn't get the snaps to secure shut after I opened them. I was able to get them mostly closed, used a zip tie like advised, and it works fine. Do yourself the favor and don't open them. My radio is about half the height of the one pictured, so the cord must be tied in a few knots to shorten it up to be useful. This looks sloppy, and I will search for an alternative way to shorten it up cleanly. Not a big deal though. Despite its flaws, Id buy again if I break this somehow. If they made a slightly smaller one that would better fit my department issued radios, I'd buy that.

The best holder, just gotta know how to put it on.
Okay, so I am going to be honest here. I have been issued this type of radio holder since 2006. This is one of the best non-swivel radio holders that is available on the market. BUT YOU GOTTA KNOW HOW TO PUT IT ON YOUR BELT! Because it's a pain if you dont. I would recommend you dont undo the snaps. Just take the buckle off your belt and slide it through. Because the snaps are the "lift the spot" type of snaps. And if you unsnap them and put the holder on your belt, its almost impossible to get the right angle to get them to lock. You will get a "false lock" and when significant force is applied, the snaps will come undone. If you see any crome or silver from the snap fasteners (center picture), you havent put the snaps back properly. I have included pictures of the basketweave version of this holder for reference.

Bianchi gear is great 99% of the time, but this is the 1% that isn’t
I have a bunch of Bianchi gear on my duty belt and I love the vast majority of it; however, this radio holster is awful. Engaging the belt loop snaps is a huge pain, and so is unsnapping them; but if you don’t engage the snaps right, the holster will come apart and everything falls to the ground. Bungee for holding the radio down would not stay hooked on, so when I would start running, my radio would pop out of the top and fall to the ground. The front strap that is adjustable for your specific radio is also no good. It’s supposed to velcro underneath the belt loop but the velcro is weak. Also, it’s hard to call this front strap adjustable or “accumulate” as its near impossible to shape it. It will just hold its original shape and shift to the side of you try to make it any bigger.

Ignore the users who can't figure out how to CORRECTLY use the "Pull The Dot" snaps...
...because it's really not that difficult. All that needs to be done is to secure the top half of the snap before you secure the bottom and voila, it's securely attached to your belt. Love this model of radio holder because of its minimalist design. It does what it needs to do without being overly bulky or taking up precious real estate on the duty belt. Adjustable strap to accommodate different sized radios and also comes with a section of elastic/shock cord that stretches over the top to really keep it in place.

It fits
This pouch works for me. I was always leaving my beltclip on the company radios and they would disappear. The only draw back is the effort it takes to get the radio out of the pouch when needed. It can take some time to answer a call, but I never lost it. Retention is good, a police officer recommended it to me, which went a long way in my book.

Good but may need adjustment
My husband purchased this for work, it works quite well and was what he needed. However, he needed to fix it since he was in a foot pursuit and his radio came unsecured. He was able to do some aftermarket adjustments and permantly secured the elastic to the holster to prevent the radio from falling out. Since doing this it has met his needs perfectly.

Works nicely
I had this for about a month. So far it is a great product. The radio sits snug in the holder and doesn't move. I had to run several times to a situation and never moved an inch. Had to work the radio into the holster for first few times, and was a little worried it would fit. So far no complaints.

Switched from the Bianchi AccuMold 7314 holster to this and was very pleased. Im an LEO and I got tired of the 7314 holster swinging around all the time when I was moving and running. The 7323 is a static holster that keeps your radio tight against your gun belt and it is very secure. I've been using this for over 6 months now and I haven't had any problems with it.

Excellant
Had to replace my last radio holster. This one is excellant, takes up less room on my duty belt, can actually get my hand in my pocket without haveing to adjust my radio position.

Muy bien, ajustable
Con unos ajustes quedó bien para un radio tph900. Tiene buena estructura que lo mantiene bien asegurado.
