Heel position is uncomfortable
Great look but the fit is weird heel slopes in, terrible if you have a bad back or leg issues.

Not as advertised
While the shoes I got were adorable they were NOT what the picture shows AT. ALL. I was disappointed I didn't get the correct ones.

I love them. Just needed to go a size up. Wish they came in half sizes. I ordered a size up and returned my 1st pair. I'll be ordering more styles now that I have my size down for this type, brand of heel

Not the same shoe
The shoe that arrived is not the shoe pictured. Looks like others have had the same problem.

Got sent a pair that looked nothing like the photo and they ran really small.

cute but not a good fit because......
This style shoe is cute and comfortable, except for the strap going across the top of your foot. There is only a little button on the shoe to fit through one special slit at the end of the strap. There is no way to adjust the strap to fit and hold the shoe tight across your ankle. It would not hold the shoe tight enough across my ankle but fit loosely. Again, no way to tighten it. Also I could tell that over time the little button would come off the shoe or the hole stretch out with constant removal. Knew this shoe would not last due to that. To me it's a design flaw if it won't fit different women's feet snugly across their ankles.
