Received wrong product- tag says it’s correct

I ordered the sparkly gold ribbon and received regular gold curling ribbon. The tag says it’s the correct item though. I don’t have time to return or exchange so I’m just gonna use it. The curling ribbon itself seems to be good quality and curls nicely with scissors. Would have given a 5 but was disappointed the item isn’t as described. In the picture side by side the left is the item I received, the right is what I ordered. Looks like it got mislabeled possibly.

Not Glitter Ribbon

I am sure the ribbon is good quality (I didn’t use it yet) but it was a lot smaller than expected and it was the wrong color. It was plain gold, not glitter. The label says glitter but the product is clearly plain gold.

Beautiful ribbon

As other reviewers stated, it is marked as gold glitter but is actually solid gold colored. I read reviews and was open to either product, and did receive the plain gold. It is very beautiful though they should correct the description or relabel products. Worth it still in my book.

I thought with all the reviews saying the same thing for two years that Berwick would have gotten its act together by now. Shiny gold, not glitter. Picture on amazon site misleading.

Not what I wanted it's not glitter ribbon

It's not as advertised. It just shinny gold no glitter as ad said. You can see the difference in the picture in the background the other I ordered was glitter the one I received was not. It's nice for a plain metallic gold ribbon, but I only gave it 1 star because I didn't receive the item it showed.

This is very pretty ribbon for wrapping gifts but it says it is not suitable for balloons.
