Great Cookware with Poor Customer Service
We were tired of having to constantly purchase new cookware as the inexpensive ones simply wouldn’t hold up to daily use and so decided to look for the best reviewed sets regardless of price. These come up at or near the top of every list we checked out and so we decided to give them a try. The build quality is excellent. They are hefty pans designed to last. The non-stick surface is the best I’ve seen. I can very literally finish cooking and, if done immediately, can simply rinse of any residue from the cooking surface. Nothing I have cooked so far sticks in the slightest. I don’t use metal utensils with them although, as I do see a small, surface only scratch or 2 I do suspect my 12 year old does when I’m not looking. Highly recommend hand washing. The only issue I do have is with the customer service. The pots really can only be ordered as part of the set. I wanted to add a couple more and so tried to contact customer service to see if that would be a possibility. They never responded to my email. If they won’t respond to someone trying to spend more money with the company then I have huge concerns to how they would respond to an issue. With the build quality being what it is, as long as you don’t mind having to deal with customer service in the very slight chance you will run into issues and don’t mind being forced to buy only the cookware combinations the company offers I would absolutely recommend these pots and pans. They are excellent to use and are made to last for years.

Never needed to use non-stick spray or put in the dishwasher!
I purchased this cookware - after seeing the number one choice on Cr.org was sold out - about 5-6 months ago. This cookware is in the ultra-premium category! Certainly the best cookware I’ve ever used. I rarely read instructions - but I did read Anolon’s cookware use/care instructions. It suggests not to use non-stick spray and to use fat sparingly. I’ve cooked sausages (about as greasy of a dish as I can possibly imagine) in the 8.5”. Never once have I dreamed of using non-stick spray - totally unnecessary. If I clean up when the skillet is still warm - it NEVER needs soap! Just cool water and a paper towel - done. If you allow the grease to cool then perhaps 15% of the time you’ll need a drop of soap and one of those green scrubbers. I’d lose my mind if anyone used steel wool on my Anolon. The only downside - if you’d call it that - is that yeah you really need to use silicone spoons/spatulas/whisks/etc. Please don’t still your spaghetti sauce with a soup spoon! As long as you can live by those rules - this cookware (which comes with a LIFETIME WARRANTY) will serve you well for years to come. I love it.

These pans make everything taste better!
I ordered these after staying in a VRBO that had them in the kitchen, I made the same breakfast potatoes I make every weekend and they tasted 100 times better. I am amazed with how easily they clean up and the even cooking temperature they provide. Be careful with any sharp utensils, purchasing the ones that are meant for these pans is worth it

Nice, Heavy Set that Cooks Well
I got these to replace a calphalon set that had seen better days. Overall, it’s a great looking set, the color is quite nice in person. They seem to cook well, and clean very easily, with eggs wiping right off if they stick at all - which they do, at least a little around the edges, so don’t expect to rotate the pot and have a fried egg just magically move around in these. These pots & pans are heavy, about what I expected or a little more so. They feel solid and sturdy, but I do question how long the nonstick surface will last. It doesn’t look as durable as I had hoped, with one pan showing some visible scuffs after one use, with a plastic spatula. Not deep enough to be an issue, but I wasn’t expecting to see any marks so soon.

Decent cookware
It is a little on the thin size, and I don't like how the cookware flanges out at the top. I know this is for pouring but I would rather have the regular edges like Calphalon uses. I loved my Calphalon but got rid of it because I got an induction stovetop. Calphalon does not make hard-anodized for induction so this looked like a good bet. It heats up well and fairly evenly. It's a good set. It is not a great set JMHO. But the price is right.

Excellent pan set - including for induction
I had a very hard time choosing a pan set for my wife. This pan set has been fantastic and over the past three months we haven't found any warping or any other concerns. We do have induction and there is one power setting (out of 10) where the pot vibrates (not a buzzing, just a higher vibration than the other settings). I would definitely recommend these pots for anyone using induction. The inner rivet is almost smooth to the pot and is non-stick coated. This is really nice for cleaning as food doesn't get stuck around the rivet. The handles seem very sturdy and don't have any wiggle. I'd strongly recommend these pots. I gave them 4-stars for "Light Weight" because they are a good weight. I wouldn't say heavy, but definitely wouldn't say "Light Weight" either.

Definitely worth every penny!
After six months of use, I really like this set. I added a wok and a larger frying pan. I am quite hard on my pots and pans and these are standing up. The heat is even (I have a gas cooktop) and easy to control. The cooking surface remains non-stick after six months and there are no scratches on the inside of the pots or pans. They come out spotless from the dishwasher. The finish of the pans on the outside does show surface markings but they are not very deep and are not really that noticeable. So far I am very pleased I bought this set.

Too many pieces
There are so many pieces in the set and I can't use them all. Sadly some pans are not sold independently so I had to buy the whole set. They are of good quality. Although the large pan came with some shallow scratches at the inner surface, it's really non-stick. I put them in dishwasher and nothing bad happened to them. They are easy to use, easy to wash and easy to maintain. They're great.

Love the pots.
I absolutely love my new pots from Anolon. Very durable. Everything cooks evenly because the bottom is very thick however that makes the pots a bit on the heavy side but at the same time they feel really professional. The bronze colour is beautiful. The handles are finished beautifully easy to hold and never get hot because of the space between the pot and handle. I’m in love with these pots.
