Solder connection is missing on one charm

I do love alex and ani, trust me when I say this. But I recently ordered this the "resting witch face" bangle and I inspect them closely when I receive them. I had noticed here that the main charm was not solder together as the alex and ani bracelets,charms usually are. This bead of solder usually helps the charms stay in place. I was quite upset when I inspected this piece upon receiving to find out it was missing said solder connection as I afraid to wear for fear of losing the charm. It's already happened to me a few times...can a replacement be sent?
